Forrest buys a pair of Burning Edges, then blinks in surprise upon noticing Koko wall out of the foliage, having missed the entire fight.
Infernus is sitting glumly on a stump. Sylvia walks over and sits next to him.
"You don't look like you're taking this very well."
"Considering what I did under their control, I'm pretty sure my response is warranted. How am I supposed to ever go back to Magis after what I've done?"
"Alright, I'm gonna let you in on a secret I've been keeping from you. You know the Dark Lords?"
"Those evil guys you and the other Heroes of Light fought 20 years ago?"
"Your father was one of 'those evil guys'."
"Wait, what?"
"The Dark Fiend used the Guardian of Darkness' power to manipulate his emotions. It then turned him against us in an attempt to gain power over Magis."
"Okay, but didn't the Dark Lords all die?"
"One last gift from Phoenix."

Paul: I miss her too honey. Don't worry I miss her too but she has Carbunicle looking over will be fine. Anyways anything I can do to help?
Aqua: Man that's woof. Me I am just a normal well besides the whole talking part wolf. My parents were killed by hunters when I was a pup. Thats when Mama...err Jess found me and adopeted me. Apparently she had a good friend named Aqua who was a guardian of water. They had a woof beginning but they were very close in the end.
Apparently, its because me and my sister Hilda are so close to Mama.... umm Jess thats why we are able to speak human.
I gotta ask though is there a way to reverse the curse?

(If I knew, I wouldn't be stuck as a wolf anymore! I have no idea how to fix this. Or even if I can. If only I just kept my big mouth shut. This wouldn't have happened. Well, enough of that. Let's make sure we're ready for tomorrow.)

Anyways truth be told I only started my life long dream of being an investigator. I always had a love for looking into the inown. Ever since I grew up on stories of the Warriors of Light and there many battles. I always wantd to figure out the many stories behind it. Yet, well the Warriors of Light are probably off in some far away land.
Anyways let me introduce my partner Wark. Felicia says holding up her baby Chocobo.

In the opposite direction of where the adventurers and merchants are heading, a female rabbit Verian walks along, carrying a backpack. She has pink eyes with long and flowing green hair with bandages on some hair strands. Her long white rabbit ears droop over forwards to past the shoulders. She has a tribal-looking outfit, with green shorts (a rabbit tail can be seen), some sandals, and a short beige jacket over a white top. She notices the large group and stops.
Espree: "Excuse me, do you all know which direction Terran is? I need to make a visit there."
