Got busted.
Freed Zach anyway.
Ran into Mimi the human mimic and also an actual mimic. Huh. Kinda weird they were fighting together, come to think of it... I guess we can assume that the mimic was after the party because they woke it up and they were the ones attacking it, not Mimi. Still, she was clearly with the bomb team, but she was chilling in the jail cell. Which means either she was feigning being captured for a good while, or they knew the party was coming and set a specific ambush... Who had a chance to get out a message between deciding when to hit the volcano and the mission?
Probably worth mentioning the invincible lava golem as a reminder to consider using environmental hazards in the future?
Made friends with Dracia the gorgon.
Fox absorbed the fire soul.
Escaped while a bunch of mysterious humans set bombs to blow the volcano up.
Still, everyone escaped in time.
Well, not everyone...

In case you haven't noticed from social topics and mentioning it, I'm bad enough at social interactions as is when they're with real people, much less with characters in a game. Who is she? Someone who wanted to thank him. Why is she thanking him? He saved her cat. How did he save her cat? He got it down from a tree. Why did he save it? It looked like it needed help and that's kind of just what he does. There's not a whole lot else to get out of that, pretty much everything can be figured out from context.
