Justice! To answer your question. No, bandages wouldn't just fall off from being wet. Not the heavy-duty kind of wrapping gauze Natsumi's wearing, anyway. I feel like it would probably make it easier to get off if it's lightly wrapped, and harder if it's heavily wrapped? But definitely not to the point of just falling off.
You don't want to get bandages wet for 2 reasons. One, it exposes the wound to a better environment for growing bacteria. Two, removing wet bandages can cause tissue damage. Neither are a major concern for Natsumi, since she's basically healed up and kinda just likes wearing it.
Plus she has a bag full of extra bandages and whatnot, and her shirt's right on the shore.

(I'm assuming Natsumi landed in the river but's able to swim just fine?)

The fact that there are people out there that don't know how to swim is so... weird to me... I always assume everyone can.

That's a type of swimming. It counts. All you have to do to swim in non-turbulent water is literally nothing.

No, it's so weird! Little baby kids can swim! Toss a baby in a lake - er, well, like, a toddle with basic motor skills - though babies have a really interesting reflex to being tossed in water! - and it'll start swimming just fine! It's instinct. It's like people unlearn how to swim by overthinking or something!
