Because I was sitting there and was like "This game should have a plot."

Alright, I need more character info here. You guys are going to eventually get access to your Vitcon abilities. So I'll need more info on these things.
Vitcon Appearance: (Your new appearance when you go to Vitcon world. Generally your clothes change and you may look different directly from your abilities.) Weapon: (The type of weapons you use. This can be almost anything. For some examples, NPCs use gauntlets, hand guns, foldable chairs, shurikens, needles, watering cans, haunted plush, etc.) Element: (What element will you be attuned to? Elements are Light, Dark, Fire, Water, Electric, Plant, Earth, Wind, Poison, Machine, Neutral, and Celestial.) Skills: (Create two skills to start with. As the game progresses, you will gain access to new ones as well. As your relationships strengthen you will raise skills in those branches as well. So simply pick two basic starting skills that will be your base skills. Those will gain new forms regularly from fighting. Your skills of different types will be earned through relationships.)
Examples for the skills.
So say Laura chooses a skill that defends allies and a skill that does single target damage for her first skills. If she forges a relationship with Tab she can gain a new branch of skills like healing and learn healing skills each time their relationship levels up. Keep in mind each relationship has ten levels so you'd need ten skills in those branches while your skills in your base branch will likely be more than ten. Make sense?

Vitcon Appearance: Karl upgrades his appearance from a white shirt and jeans to a red polo and khakis!
Weapon: Nunchucks. (Milk and pop-tarts, too)
Element: Neutral.
Skills:
Karl's Attack: Decreases attack damage by 99 percent at the start, and decreases accuracy by 99 percent. The accuracy and damage goes up a certain amount once a new relationship level.
Bless of The Pop-Tart: Every time Karl eats a pop tart, the chance of dodging an attack or landing a critical hit goes up.

Pie...that sounds like a completely useless attack.
Sure Yoshi.
Sorry about the time lords thing, Ultra, but this isn't the place for that. Currently this world is fragile and I gotta be careful of what I make canon in it.

I might be cheating here...
Vitcon Appearance: Tab gains robotic-looking gloves and boots, and a decked-out version of his old scooter for delivering newspapers with all kinds of stuff. The accessories seem to latch onto the scooter when driven. Tab's red newsboy cap gains a see-through visor that comes down to the nose, and a red postman jacket with shiny buttons. Weapon: A big sack of rolled-up newspapers, ready to throw, carried on the back or by the side Element: Machine Skills: Speedy Delivery- Tab revs his scooter and charges into the enemy, smacking them with his newspaper sack and running them over. Paper Toss- Tab tosses a rolled-up newspaper at the enemy from afar.

It gets better though. If he gets to a good relationship level with everyone, he will have gigantic bonuses to combat strength and accuracy. If, every time he gets a new relationship level, those percentages rise 3 percent, he will have around a 110 percent bonus to combat strength and accuracy in the end. Karl will be a detriment in the early game, but will become legendary with his pop tarts and milk.

Hum...
Vitcon Appearance: Honestly, she pretty much gets a detective-like trench coat and hat and that's it. Oh and leather boots.
Weapon: A magnum. The Handle can be detached and revealed to be a Tazer.
Element: Electric, cause why not
Skills:
Analysis: Julia analyzes the situation and gets information about enemies, like weak spots or if it seems better to be on the offensive or defensive. Out of combat, it can also help her spot a detail others didn't.
Concentration shot: Julia concentrates and shoots all enemies with no chance of failure. She cannot move while using this skill though.

It's not exactly rejected. Your attacks and things are okay, but the time stop is a little powerful for a level one move. Maybe start with something a little weaker and work up to it on the next level up? I was only rejecting the time lord piece for two reasons. One: time travel makes things messy. Two: I can't have you being immortal.
