She gathers up her papers and then looks back to you. "Alright, well I guess we should get going. It's almost time for the meeting at Julia's house. See you there, right?" She heads off.
Lyon
As you walk into the mall, you notice a red haired girl carrying multiple papers walking on her way past you. She doesn't pay you much mind aside from a quick glance, but as she walks past, you notice one of her papers flies from her arms unnoticed. It drifts on its way to the floor in front of you. Strange. It looks like some sort of notes that would be written in a professional journal. It's about another world...?

What does that even mean...? It must be a book or some sort of video game. Anyway, regardless of if Lyon decides to take the paper with him or not, he takes a quick look around the mall.
There's a few people here today that stand out a bit to you. One is a boy about Lyon's age. He's surrounded by girls that seem to be fawning over him. However, Lyon notices that he doesn't seem to pay them much attention as he goes about his day. It's hard to tell if he doesn't notice them or if he doesn't care. Aside from him, Lyon also sees that girl from that day at soccer practice. The girl's soccer captain. Her name was...Freya. That's right. She's looking at some new sneakers it seems. Nobody else in particular stands out to him aside from them.

Tab waves goodbye, then gets up and starts heading outside. As Tab turns on the ignition, he starts thinking about what in the world Raine could need to talk to him about before heading to her house.

Curiosity gets the better of him and Lyon picks up the strange paper. His first instinct is to go return it to the girl, but by the time he turns around she's gone, so he pockets it instead. I'll have to remember to look for that girl during school tomorrow. She looked like a student.
After musing about the strange paper for a moment longer, he walks up to Freya. "Ah... Freya, wasn't it? I never did get a chance to speak to you after last practice..."
He looks around at the shoes. "... If you practice like that every time, you must run out of shoes very quickly."
There's a hint of respect in his voice.

"Wha-? Oh, hey, Lionel! Yeah, I was actually looking for some new shoes since my old ones are a bit worn out. Actually...they're really worn out. It's gotten to the point where I've worn a hole right through the sole..." She laughs a bit and scratches her head. "Um, yeah. Oops. Anyway, I was looking for something a bit less...expensive. Uh...funds have been a bit short lately for me and my sister. So I have to spend carefully." She then looks back over at the shoes. "...But it would be nice if I could afford some sneakers that would hold together a bit longer. Ah, well. It doesn't matter. As long as I'm wearing something on my feet, right?" It seemed like she was a bit sad, but that sadness has cleared up. At least you think so. It's a bit hard for Lyon to read through whatever facade Freya has up. Perhaps if his Understanding were higher, her real feelings would be a bit clearer.

Lyon studies her for a moment, thinking. It wouldn't do to be inappropriate or forward, but not doing anything would gnaw at his conscious... Ah.
He smiles. "Perhaps we can come to an arrangement then. I'll be honest, I've never seen anyone move on the field like you did. It was... Impressive, to say the least. I'll admit I may have been a bit of an elitist prior to that... But you humbled me very quickly. So how about this. I'll buy you a new pair of sneakers, and you show me how to move like that. Help me practice my footwork. What do you say?"

"Whoa, you'd do that for me...? That's...actually really nice of you. I didn't expect that." She nods. "Alright, I'll do it. As long as you're sure you can keep up." She smiles and nudges Lyon jokingly. "Nah, I'm just kidding. I know you can. You've got some serious potential." She reaches into her pocket and takes out her phone. "Hmm...here it is. This is my phone number. I'm usually free after school when I don't have practice and during the day on weekends. Whenever you want to practice, just give me a call and we can head out to the park together."

Lyon nods and inputs Freya's number into his phone. Then he helps Freya pick out a good, and long-lasting, pair of sneakers.
"I'll give you a call when I'm free," he says, smiling, as they walk out of the store. Then a sudden thought strikes him. "Ah. I'm willing to bet you would know all the sports places around town... Know of any Karate dojos?"

It seems almost as if a lightbulb goes off in Freya's head. "Oh, I know! There aren't any dojos in town, but I do know a girl that's actually pretty skilled in martial arts. She comes from Japan and her father is actually a really important karate master. I imagine her training must be pretty intense. Here, I'll give you her number. Just call and tell her that you're my friend and you really wanted to practice karate with her. Oh, but now might not be that great a time. She was busy with some kinda get together with her friends tonight. You should call her after school tomorrow. I'll let her know I gave you her number."
She starts to walk, but then turns back around. "Oh, and thanks. This might seem a little weird, but my family is going through a pretty tough time with money right now. So this really helps me. I just wanted you to know I was thankful you helped me out a lot. So yeah, thanks for this. And don't worry, I won't forget about our deal."

You head off to the mall with Lance and get a table at the cafe. Lance sits across from you and seems glad to have some time to relax. "So, what do you think about everything? I mean...a lot has happened. We got the Lava Soul and we ran into that group. I didn't really get to talk to you about it during the meeting because so much happened with Alice, but I'm curious what your thoughts are."
Morgan
You get to the mall with Alice and she looks around before looking at you. "Alright, so where should we go? You probably know this place a bit better than I do. I spend so much time working, I don't come here all that often."
Natsumi
You head over to the mall and see many people there. Those guys from the soccer team are at the cafe, having a conversation. Bobby and Lenny or something like that. You also see what looks like two female students from your school talking by the entrance. They must be planning their night together. Aside from them, there's also Sachi...wearing what looks like a fake mustache and sunglasses. You notice a surprising lack of girls around him.
