(So what happens with Bowser now do i lose him permanently? Can I revive him with a Phoenix Down? Do i have to give Fuzz an item to destroy Mark in one hit and he cant do a thing about it?)

(I think Phoenix Down requires a body?
As I said in the hints, Assists can be revived at special altars.
Thankfully, you saved Tutankapuchon who knows a lot about these altars and will guide you to one.
I know how important the assists are for you all, so that's why I didn't put any permadeath.)

(Oh and is there a way to prevent my bas e from being overunned by the dark headquarters which is right next to a warp pipe which is right next to the field)

(There's Great Bridge, Peaceful Lake and Hyrule Field before your base and there's no direction to the warp pipe. You should be fine.
With that said, I'm gonna try to get Mark on a path we're he'll stop meeting you for a bit. I want the story to move forward and build the world a bit instead of always having you fight him.)

(That's why I took us into the middle of the field rather than near the pipe. As for revivals, I haven't really played the two you listed much and usually dead party members still have their body on the field no matter what kills them, so I would say that it would probably be a good idea to go with however you plan on revival items working in general while also taking into account how easy or difficult it is to reach altars.)

(The altars will be easy at first, but if you die a lot, they'll get harder and harder.
So yeah, you'll have to find an altar to revive Bowser, since there's no body.)

Okay Fuzz hey Ezio I wanted to thank you for your help in fact I want you to meet a friend of my. Yoshi will summon Toadetta. Toadetta: Hey Yoshi whats up? Dam you look like hell. Yoshi: Long Yoshi Todetta long Yoshi. So Todetta Ezio said hes here to help and hes working for some merchant i never heard of. Oh and the Boo Buddies never mentioned an assassin in the inn. And poff all of a sudden he just shows up out of nowhere. I mean he could be telling the truth but this could be one big trap. I can't shake this Yoshi I Yoshi. So i Toadetta i need your help. Can I trust Ezio? Toadetta: Whoa whoa whoa hold your Yoshi a moment. Toadetta snaps her fingers and suddenly they are in a court room. Ezio appears in a table labled Defendant he has a Toad dressed up like a Lawyer. Yoshi is sitting at a table with his where is his lawyer. Toadetta: La sigh. One moment. (This part is non Canon and after the trial he will be where we left him) Toadetta sees M sleeping in a chamber and teleports him to the courtroom. Hey M we need your help can Yoshi trust Ezio or are his suspicions correct? (Uh... You realize the reason I'm trying to get him outside with us is because I already suspect him but don't want him to know while surrounded by people he could attack, right? I have a way to tell, but I'm waiting to use it until we're outside.) |

So Fuzz Ezio said he knows some famous merchant.... to tired but basically Yoshi tells you everything Ezio told him
It seems honest enough. Now that we don't have a giant death beam over us we can finally Yoshi and just get our Yoshis together
