Awkward, Yoshi and Pie are the only ones with Gold.
You can get gold by treasure hunting, finding minigames and returning to your house when you have shops.

In that case merely keep an eye on the caravan. If they look to be in trouble fly down there and help, otherwise stay in the air.

Okay Princess glad so glad erything is strated to look a little more lively around here. Well about to head out again soon the life of the adventurer always on the move. Is there anything you meed before I leave Princess?

Okay Nathan thanks. By the way that one map you gave me the Tticolor map turned out to contain an ancient shrine in which I was able to use to revive Bowser.
If you need anythning let me know.
Yoshi will wait for Drakes response then head off to his room

(You can also actually bring any other NPC living in your base. Same thing for fuzz if he want to bring people from his place.)
