Crabmins: "EVIL!!!!!!!!"
They are pointing at Isaac and Mosquito. Telepathy reveals they think technology is evil.
More crabmins come out of some huts. Those have spears. They ignore Bowser and Nightmare, pointing their spears at Isaac and Mosquito.
Isaac: "Okay..."
He has his hand on his plasma cutter.
Mosquito: "What... What did I do?"
The Guard: "Stand down crabs. Violence will not be tolerated. We are clear'y not hostile. "
Crabmins: "EVIL!!!!!!!!"

Hey guys hold your Yoshis for a second?
They don't think Issac or Mosquito are evil its the technology they carry. I have a solution for everyone though.
Yoshi calls out Chill King Boo and asks him to create an illusion ob the Crabs. Make it so that Mosquito and Issac aren't carrying anything that looks technological. If its armor or suits they appear to be wearing basic leather armor. Weapons look like swords or just vanish from sight.
If the Guard gets worried let him know this King Boo is actually a good guy and hes helped me out a lot throughout a lot of tough situations.

The Crabmins back away for a second.
Crabmins: "Did you abandon your evil ways to go back to the ancient ways?"
Mosquito: "Huh... What?"
Isaac bumps Mosquito with his shoulder.
Isaac: "Yes we did. Of course."
The Crabmins squint their eyes and seem suspicious.
Crabmins: "Why are you here?"

The party walks all the way to Ganon's Castle. The many creatures they meet seem friendly now. They find the puppet basement and enter. The first room is a completely empty cavern. There's already some stairs going down.
Narrator: "Once upon a time, five little characters entered a cavern in search of treasure. Finding an empty room, they decided to continue and go deeper into the cave."

Zero: "Yeah. Might as well go along for now since there isn't anywhere else to go, but stay on guard in case of traps."

The Crabmins stare at each other for a moment.
Crabmins: "Follow!"
Everyone follows, as they stop Mosquito and Isaac.
Crabmins: "Not you two. You used the power of evil and cannot be allowed mear the great shaman. "
You enter a hut. There's a Crabmin sleeping on a bed, staff in hand. He has a flower on his head instead of a leaf.
Crabmins: "Great shaman too tired from dance battle against evil people inside a flying wooden demon..."
The Guard: "We're kinda on a schedule here..."
Crabmin: "Shaman exhausted. Come back later. "
Rumbles: "Did you try an energy drink or coffee?"
Crabmins: "What's that?"

(I didn't even think of that to be honest. The concept of this dungeon is to be a puppet show, but now that you mention it, yes it's similar to Stanley Parable. )
You go down the stairs. The room is identical as before, but there's a generic wooden humanoid puppet in the room. There's a button on it and a lever somewhere in the room. There's no stairs going down.
Narrator: "While going downstairs, the five little characters realised this story was not about them, but about Felix the useless hero.
Being useless, Felix was sleeping instead of being productive at saving the world. He really needed someone to teach him a lesson and wake him up. "

Crabmins: "There was some [insert Just's description] which challenged us to a dance battle, while his robot companion stayed behind looking disappointed. There's was also a blue cylinder thingy which shot the dancing man to make him extremely fast.
We tried to keep up, but we became so dizzy we passed out.
When we woke up, they were gone."
