(Yup. With the tiloids, I thought Minecraft enemies would be appropriate in the Woah Zone)
Mike charges the skeletons and start attacking some of them with the shovel. He's hit from close range, but with no momentum, the arrows don't cause much damage to Mike.
You use Thunder Magic on the skeletons, but it doesn't kill them. They shoot at you, as Waluigi takes out a potted Piranha Plant which eats some of the arrows. You're still hit by some of them though.
There's still 15 skeletons, but most of them were heavily damaged by the thunder magic.

"It's a simple crew. We're not really that complicated about stuff. We just fly around on a modified airship; exploring, living, all that good stuff. We're in the process of trying to establish a flying merchant base, and we could use a man of your talents. If you can keep up with our hell in the sky, we could always use some extra defense. If you ever get bored of that, I'll even let you do stuff like sell dogfighting lessons or whatever, as long as you want. Up for it?"
