He recreated that world, but had to make sure he was the most powerful User in that world, since it was now his. To do so, he created "The Destructor", which is a giant space station that can destroy planets.
He didn't plan to use it, but he was sure that with that in his possession, no one would dare to question his title as owner of this world."
You pass over the Peaceful Lake.
"Still, he thought he should go further and pick a really powerful Assist... He decided to pick a really powerful entity called Qall. He knew it was evil, but he assumed that as his Assist, Qall would be his companion and not his enemy."
You pass over a really long highway. There seems to be quite the chaos there. You even spot a flying dragon.
"Qall WAS evil like usual and possessed Malefio777. Knowing that the creature was the embodiment of destruction and would destroy everything by using the planet destroying cannon only Malefio777 could operate, the User split his soul into 16. With control over the body and not the soul, Qall cannot destroy any planet."
You pass over a town. It seems to be under construction.
"Some of Malefio777's soul parts are evil though, so they actually decided to join Qall. Qall also summoned his brethren: the Unborn.
They will do anything they can to put the 16 souls back into Malefio777's body and gain access to the planet destroying cannon."
You pass over the ocean.
"Even without being able to destroy a planet, "The Destructor" still has a lot of weaponry. It could still kill everyone on the planet easily. Therefore, I keed the heroes to help me find a way to protect this planet before the giant space station can reach it."
You are over a separate island. It seems to be volcanic.

"Alright. So basically, we gotta find he heroes and help them stop the destruction of this planet. So to do that we gotta kill Qall, right? When's Grima when you need him? So I think we've covered a lot of land in the past few minutes. Any of the areas we pass over look interesting to you? I personally want to check out the dragon we saw. I like dragons."

As for Qall... I'm not sure I understand everything about the Unborn, but they keep saying that they don't really exist. They seem to be virtually invulnerable, so I guess to get rid of Qall we need a way to seal him away?"

"Well, from my experience, Qall can be killed, he just always seems to disappear and respawn. So we'll definitely have to trap him somehow. Grima has hunted Qall down before. One of the things I do know is that the Shadows he commands can be made into allies. They aren't all loyal to him." Fly over to that big dragon you were talking about earlier.

It seems rather populated. There is a bunch of Lakitus, Bronto Burts, Bird Verians and other various avians running around the city. You can see a INN and a shop

You look around. There's a bunch of shapes flying around. Everything is white. There seems to be a group of translucid humanoids somewhere.
You also spot a door in the middle of nowhere.
