As the turn begins, a circle of blue flames appear around Mystical Blue Yoshi and Ness. Mystical Blue Yoshi uses Magical Cylinder to reflect the flames, but Phantoon didn't materialize yet, so it doesn't hit him. Ness absorbs the flames which would have killed him.
Awkward's characters boosts the party again. The Boo Buddies make everyone vanish for this turn.
Phantoon appears, as Mystical Blue Yoshi attaches it's tongue on him. It only results in Phantoon ramming into the vanished enemy. Phantoon rams in the directions of Fox, L'arachel and Torm in this order.
When Lightning uses Curaga, Phantoon stops for a moment... He opens his eyes to spot her, than rams into her. Being all vanished, no one got hit.
Phantoon shifts out of existence again, with his eye open, leaving more bouncing blue flames behind him.

"You're... gonna hit it at some point, right?" Ness will continue to try absorbing energy attacks for the party. Call the Boo Buddies back into the orb and call out Leviathan, who will cast Slowga on Phantoon. Ninten will use Defense Down β again. Awkward will cast Shield Ω and the clone will cast PSI Shield Ω again. Call back the Crocostyle and take out the Koopa Bros, who will keep moving around the area evasively with their ninja skills and dive individually in front of any party members they see about to be attacked in order to take the hit for them.
NiGHTS: "Huh. So I guess everyone loves it down here, then?"

"It's time to finish things up." Summon the Zillo Beast to tank the first hit and strike back at Phantoon. Then summon Agumoogle to warp Digivolve into Wargreymoogle and land a Terra Force on Phantoon, which is rediculously powerful. It's like using Red's Limit Break, but you can use it multiple times. Now to finish the battle. Awkward is on defense, so I'll focus on boosting this. Summon Lisa, Sheep Link, and Overprotective Dragon Sama. Lisa will play her Saxaphone, Sheep Link will play the Ocarina of Time, and Dragon Sama will sing.
Use the Dance Simulator to bring up the proper lighting and special effects as well. This should turn Phantoon into a mask.

"Oh man, soooo much fun!" The overseer yells as Bloodmancer violently attacks the nearest shadow.

AwkwardMetalSonic and the Zillo Beast take damage from the first blue flame circle. As Phantoon shows his face, WargreyMoogle uses Terra Force on it's eye, for massive damage. Phantoon immediately disappears.
(Shit getting real now.)
He reappears, with a red tone, instead of a green one. He closes his eyes as blue flame circles hit everyone. You feel all the boosts go away.
Ness absorbs the attack, AwkwardMetalSonic survives, but is weak, Zillo Beast, Dragon Sama, Leviathan and WarGreyMoogle tank the hits. The others die.
Phantoon shifts out of existence again, with his eye close.
The survivors tries boosting the party, but they feel it doesn't work. The positive status effects didn't disappear though.
The Dance Simulator is activated, giving a more obscure mood to the fight.

"Fine. I TRIED to be nice, but now you're pissing me off."
Return everyone. Summon Fafnir Horse to take the first hit and then Force Boost to fully heal. Summon Nogeko and have it send out Scruff the Poochyena to use Odor Sleuth. Now it can't dodge my attacks. Summon both the Hreat Deku Sapling and Raine. Have her cast Growth on the Great Deku Sapling to make it into a full fledged tree, holding the eye open with its mighty branches. And holding it in place. Use the Spell Fusion to cast both Stop and Poison. This will keep the eye open and damage the enemy over time while we attack it. Next up Fafnir Horse unleashes Resonating Slash, which does more damage the more turns the battle has lasted. Follow with Meteor Bash to knock the eye right out of Phantoon before using Akashic Nova to make the eye explode from the inside. Equip the Shadow Shoes and dash past, slashing multiple times with both Gladius and the Toxic Knife before banning the damn thing.

Man, Ness sucks at absorbing attacks.
"You're not very good at this, Just." Have Ness use PSI Lifeup Ω to heal the entire party. Awkward will attempt using the Cheat Codes to force Phantoon into its tangible frames. Other Awkward will cast Shield Ω on the party. Leviathan will search for an opening and attack Phantoon with a Tail Whip to deal damage and also inflict Weight. Take out Shadow and the Super Emeralds to turn Shadow into Hyper Shadow. He'll zoom around and use Chaos Blast on any and all attacks Phantoon attempts to overpower and essentially evaporate them, using Chaos Control to teleport to the attack instantly. Then take out Bayonetta. She'll equip her Bracelet of Time (which allows her to manually activate Witch Time) and her Climax Brace (which greatly increases her power). When Phantoon becomes tangible, activate Witch Time and absolutely pummel Phantoon repeatedly with rapid Wicked Weaves attacks.
