You flip the red switch. The door shoots the red staff. You press the blue switch, opening the ceiling. The staff still breaks on the wall, then disappears. The ceiling closes itself.
You place the Smiley on the ceiling door. It sticks to it.
Smiley: "Hello!"
Chippy: "If the staff hits the wall, it breaks... We must do something about that."

(I don't know what your inventory is, but thank you for actually trying to solve the puzzle the right way.)
You press the red button, then the blue one. The staff is caught by Smiley.
Smiley: "Hello! That's not mine!"
Smiley throws the staff on the ground. The staff breaks and disappears.
Chippy: "Hmm... I think you're close to solving this one..."

(I honestly dont remember my inventory myself. But i do remember having an umbreon, a torhic, a shovel, some thunder magicite, and a pair of wings)

You fly back to where the dragon was. There's a dragon flying, a truck with a hole opened in the top and a Wiggler Bus chasing each other. You see three people all in black, wearing helmets. Their identites are unknown to you. There's an helicopter coming.
The dragon uses wind to blast a Tall Rider which is on the truck. The rider falls on the road and you lose sight of him. There's a skeletal girl on a car and a Verian on the dragon. There's another rider laying down on a car, seemingly unable to get up. There's a third one standing up on some cars.
Malefio points at the skeletal girl: "This is Dracy777! She's another part of Malefio777's soul!"
