The curtains to the stage open up as the audience cheers loudly. Flora and Rain stand there, waving to everyone. The audience appears to be made up of a widely diverse bunch of people. Pokemon, Shy Guys, Verians, Huntsmen and Huntresses, Pikmin, and more. Flora stands at the center of the stage, holding a microphone.
"Welcome to the Vitcon Mailbag, everyone!" The audience lets out a loud cheer. "It's great to see you're all excited! Now the boss has noticed a lack of activity recently, so to entertain you all, he asked me to set this up for you! Now I'm sure you're all very curious about what this Mailbag thing is. Well, Rain is here to tell you!"
The fans cheer for Rain as Flora passes the mic to him. "Hello, everyone! Let's get started with the basics of Mailbags. First things first, I'd like to state that everything that happens here will be immediately forgotten by the characters invited here. It will be like nothing ever even happened to them. Of course, Flora and I will remember. So will any host. That brings us to our first point. Hosts! The host of a Mailbag can change from time to time. More often than not, it will be either by us or it could be someone named Anna. We will, of course, have other hosts as well! But I'm sure that's not quite why you're all here. Let's talk about the actual characters the Mailbag is about!"
Flora takes the mic again. "Here's how it works. First up is nominations. People will nominate their own characters to be put in the Mailbag. This means that you can only put your own in. If you don't want to participate, you don't have to! But after you've all nominated your own characters that you want to be in the Mailbags, next comes the voting. You must vote on which character you want to be in the Mailbag. You get three votes! List them from most wanted to least like this, for example." Flora holds up a card with votes on it.

"The character in your first slot receives 3 points, the second receives 2, and the third receives one. Once all the points are totaled, the one with the most points is decided the winner and will be the star of the Mailbag!"
Rain takes the mic back. "Now let's explain how the actual Mailbag works. You guys, out there, will send in questions anonymously through private message. Then, the character in question will respond to each question one at a time. Not only will they respond to your questions, but we will have them dress up in costumes suggested by you guys through the same private message. Who knows what sort of crazy things we have planned for them?"
Flora grabs the mic again. "Aaaannnnddd that about sums it up. So let's get started! Everybody get ready and start nominating your characters! If you have any questions, just bring them up with the big boss, Just."
