Okay, so how does Custom Weapon/Armor work? Do you design somethign regardless of what materials you'd normally need?

Nah, I'm pretty confident that I don't need one of these tickets to rank up with someone, that's what I meant.
I bought it to get a rank up with someone I might not interact with, but that's not how it works, so rank up tickets seem like a waster of arena coin to me.
