The culprit is quite easy to spot in it's uniform pink suit. It doesn't even seem to try hiding. It enters the bank casually, a bright light comes out of the culprit and while everyone covers their eyes, it takes 5 minutes to rob the bank, reusing it's blinding light every minutes.
