Icicle Town
You approve all three adventurers and they take up the Cryomancer class.
"Nicely done, sir. Now we can have them explore for us. Here, this is a map of the surrounding areas. Using this, you can decide where to send the adventurers on missions. Give each one of them a job. And remember, adventurers are more likely to succeed when they work together. If they fail on a mission, they will die and you will permanently lose that adventurer. But keep in mind they can only travel in parties up to four. Here is the map. You can make your quests yourself and determine the rewards for the heroes. Just don't give away all our resources. But make sure you pay them right. If adventurers don't get paid in either gold or new skills and equipment, they won't get any better at adventuring!"

'We'll send them to gather wood in the snowy forest, we never have enough or that. Tell them that defeating the boss monster is not necessary for now, but if they can do it, I'm sure it would be profitable."

"Very good, I'll give their assignment immediately. Today's shipment of tea came in as usual. Now we can't build anything today, but we can fund research. What that means is we can fund the development of new equipment and skills for our adventurers. You can do this once a day for one establishment. If you fund research for the snail training establishment, for example, you can help them gain a new skill to teach. Go ahead and come up with a skill to fund research on."
Icicle Town
"Alright, I'll send them off. Next up, we have a new shipment of wood. That's useful. We can use it today to build a new builfing. We also have some funds for research. *insert research explanation* Try researching a new ice spell for the Cryomancer's Guild. Go ahead and come up with one."

Staff Shop: Sells various staves to adventurers to increase magic power. Also good for smacking enemies with.
Furniture Shop: Produces furniture every day. Can be used in trading.

Bob and George
Bob and George set out from the town to go explore the Snowy Forest.
“When they call it snowy, they weren’t kidding! It was snowing hard while we were there. Good thing I can’t feel because I’m a robot. I’m sure if I could, my shell would freeze right off.” ~Note from Bob
Bob and George encountered a Forest Bat and an Ice Slime.
Bob and George took down the enemies quickly using their tea guns.
“They were weak compared to the might of tea!” ~Note from George
Bob and George successfully gathered the wood in the request.
Bob and George encountered a group of adventurers from Icicle Town on their way back.
“There was this group of people made from ice. We weren’t sure if they were allies or enemies, so we played it safe. They gave us directions out of the forest and we left as soon as possible.” ~Note from Bob
Bob and George returned home and succeeded in their goal.
"Hmm. It looks like there's another town nearby. I'll mark that down on the map. When you're deciding on adventurers to send out, you can choose to investigate the area or search for places you've heard of. Next up, let's go on to giving the adventurer's their mission for today.

“I was so happy to see another group of adventurers out there. I pointed them in the right direction, so they wouldn’t get lost. I hope they made it out okay. Maybe we’ll see them again tomorrow!” ~Note from Chilly
Chilly, Icey, and Snowy obtained the requested wood successfully.
Chilly, Icey, and Snowy encountered an Ice Slime.
Snowy landed a critical hit on the Ice Slime and defeated it in one attack.

Chilly, Icey, and Snowy found the boss room.
Chilly, Icey, and Snowy returned home safely and succeeded in their mission.
"Hmm. It looks like there's another town nearby. I'll mark that down on the map. When you're deciding on adventurers to send out, you can choose to investigate the area or search for places you've heard of. It looks like you also found the boss room! Once someone finds the boss room, they can head there immediately to take on the boss. This means they can skip fighting the non boss enemies! I'll mark that down for you. Next, we need to decide where we're sending our adventurers."
