I was thinking of replacing him with Harperina, but I have plans for Soup. He's going to be the best character, believe me folks.
She'll join in later. It'll probably make more sense if they come to where her home is.

Right now Felicia is on the joke that people only like Hector because of his Bear. So shes basically running with it.

Any NPC instead of a player character. They'll often die first unless it's literally impossible for me to protect the player.

I guess I can answer the questions too.
This is pretty against the friendly tourney scenario, but Kick would definitely be most scared of fighting some sort of undead A. He still suffers from some reserved trauma from Kepi's death. It's pretty under control, but somehow seeing A again would probably make him freeze up and unable to move. Otherwise Kick respects every opponent equally.
Reese is too drunk to be scared of anyone in specific. She's usually just scared of the opponents that make the fights not worth the money.
Azure would probably be scared of a powerful magic user. Maybe someone like Sylvia. Azure doesn't even bother to mess with the magic stuff when she can just stab enemies.
Nova's scared of fighting nearly everyone at the moment. Her mind would probably be shouting at her on how in the world she's possibly going to win a fight.
Tear is too... arrogant to be scared of anyone in specific. Actually, she'd probably fear fighting some sort of Time Mage. She's got some sort of suspicion on all of them, being the most likely to have tampered with whatever happened to the world.
Cardinal is just scared of Azure at all times period. He'd get his butt whooped.
I don't really get if the "killing a character" question is a character question or a player question, so I'll answer it as a player so I don't have to write more. I'd kill... Sipul? That name just screams all kinds of oddities to me.
