Karl has been stress eating because of this situation. He realizes what he must do. He will gag himself with his cover and projectile vomit on the guard.

...Ew. Karl continues to shove a profuse amount of pop tarts down his throat until taking a big whiff of his nasty pillowcase and projectile vomiting all over the guard. He got some pretty good distance in. But...he feels pretty sick now. The guard is absolutely disgusted. "YOU LITTLE PUNK! THAT'S DISGUSTING! OH, I AM SO GOING TO ENJOY YOUR EXECUTION, HUMAN." He angrily stomps out of the room to go clean off his armor. It's now just you, Zack, and the vomit puddle left in the area.

Crap, I thought it would kill him.
Anyway, Karl will cover himself in vomit and use that as a sort of butter to skip through the cracks in the cell.

Karl rolls around in his own vomit and tries to slip through the bars. It seems that his body and head are too large to fit through. He does manage to fit his entire arm through though.

Karl will slip out and tear a strip off of his blanket. He will tie it to ab empty jug and use his jug catching skills and string to see if the guard dropped anything.

Karl manages to crush a jug through the bars with a blanket attached and scoops up...some vomit from where the guard was standing.

Investigation Team
Everyone heads through the portal and into the other world. This place is really hot. The rocky ground beneath your feet feels especially warm. There are lava crags in the ground here and there and a large volcano stands above the party. "...That must be where we're going." Somnis takes the Cat Snake off her shoulder and hands it to Morgan. "Here, put him somewhere safe. They can't use Soul Keys like Dogachu." She then tosses Dogachu's Soul Key to him.
Somnis' dog transforms, changing into a large, wolf-like creature with dark fur and glowing, red eyes. It's wearing pink armor though. Somnis must have put it on him. His teeth look sharp. And big.
Somnis changes into wearing a pink suit of armor that fully covers her body. It has a visor that seems to be removable with the push of a button. A mysterious bow made of feathers appears in her hands.
Lisa is surrounded by a holographic armor and strange, technological gloves appear around her hands.
Buttons' clothes are swapped out for a black, hooded robe with some fancy looking clothes underneath, making him look almost like a dress up doll. He even has one of those fancy, white frilled things. Cravat? Is that what it was? A dog plush appears in his hands.

Morgan transforms into her land and sea armor along with her signature pink hair, her helment/visior combo, and her gunblade slung across her back.
"Traitors, murders, mafia ferrets," Morgan says. "Well luckily we got the worlds number one detective here," Morgan says while patting Julia on the shoulder.
"So all we know is underground someplace here, but umm before we go any further should we get material from around here and get armor to help us deal with the heat," Morgan asks

Robbie wipes some sweat off his brow.
"Probably a good idea, this place is hotter than my cousin."
(For anyone worried about the implications of this, he doesn't actually have the hots for his cousin. He's just saying she's attractive looking.)

"Water armors might also be useful...
I have enough sea scales to craft something. If someone wants a water armor, I can give them 10 sea scales, otherwise I'm gonna craft a water weapon."
