The party enters what seems to be a little village full of Fuzzies. There are multiple houses around and Fuzzies of various colors go about their daily lives. There's a floating ? block floating over a river that's in the center of town. From where you're standing, you can see the Item Shop, Inn, Mayor's House, and Quiz House. It seems calm and peaceful until a Scaredy Rat runs out of someone's house, wearing a top hat.
A golden Fuzzy comes running out, charging after the rat.
Golden Fuzzy: GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE THIEF! I'LL HAVE YOU SKINNED AND MADE INTO A LITTLE HAT ALL BEFORE TEA TIME!
You notice the golden Fuzzy has a monocle on before he runs off.
Mystic: What's that guy's deal?
Bloopington: That rat stole his hat! We just sat and watched that! That agility like a cat! In battle we shouldn't fall flat! If only he released the hat with a pat! He should not hide the key under the mat! Let us swarm him like a hoard of bat!
Mystic: If you rhyme again, I'm blasting you with a lightning bolt. And the plural of bat is bats.
Bloopington: But then it wouldn't rhyme.
Mystic: I don't care! We don't have time! I want to get out of here as soon a possible.
Mystic looks around impatiently and starts talking to the local fuzzies for hints on any mirror shards. Mario takes out his map and looks at it. Bloopington tells the party they should help that Fuzzy with the thief that just ran off.

Ehhh I guess let's help out Mr. Fuzz (turns to screen and gives a cheesy thumbs up) and go after the rat.

"What kind of stupid name is that supposed to be?"
Kameron walks over to the question mark block, shoots it with a Spell Shot, and takes the item that falls out of it.

Nax: "Helping is the right thing to do." Nax will chase after the rat.
Gobokeh: "Hmm... Can't get good headlines from what I'm seeing now. 'Rat Steals Worthless Waste of Cloth!' That's a no-seller. Need to dig deeper for the scoop."
Gobokeh will try to check out the Mayor's House.

AUTO MOVE
Roxanne, Tulip, Nax, Swor.T, Bruno
You all chase after the rat and the Fuzzy with Bloopington and Mario following after.
Move to Mushroom Forest thread.
Kameron
You head over to the river and shoot the block with a spell shot. The item inside pops out and appears to be a badge, but you don't get much of a glimpse before it comically bounces and falls in the water, washing downstream.
Bandoo
You enter the item shop and see many items for sale here. The owner is, of course, a Fuzzy. A green Fuzzy.
Shopkeep: Welcome! How can I help you? What do you wanna buy? We sell items and a few badges here. I also have this shiny thing I'll sell to you if you want!
He holds up a shine sprite.
Gobokeh
You head over to the mayor's house and find him sitting there, doing some paperwork and mayor stuff. The Koopa from before with the motorcycle seems to be talking to him.
Koopa: Alright, thanks, dude.
He starts walking out and notices Gobokeh.
Koopa: Excuse me, treasure hunter coming through.
Dudley and Bill
You stare blankly at nothing for a few minutes before realizing where you are and that everyone else has left aside from Mystic running around and asking for info on the mirror shards.

Kameron flies back into the village and finds not much has changed since he left. Things still look pretty much the same.

Gobokeh "takes out" a notepad and pencil, clearly ready to write away in anticipation for the Koopa's response.

Koopa: I haven't really found anything interesting yet. But there are some ruins close to here. I'm gonna go there and get the treasure from that place. But that's not really a safe place for reporter dudes. There's a lot of traps and stuff there. Not to mention Piranha Plants everywhere.
