Malik will try to shoot the tentacle with a cannon, after finding a cannonball.

Reese will directly smash the tentacle with the Vulcan Hammer!
Azure will return home, which is incidentally also part of the cafe.
"Hey Card, I'm home. Good day today! Oh, I got this Gear Slime from today's request. You can have it."
"Uh, really? It... Looks strange..."
"It can at least give out money and follow me home."
"Hmm... I wouldn't mind having an extra pair of... Slime hands around the cafe. Sure. From now on, your name is Mocha!"

Slime jumps up and down angrily again. It bring both books back and points at the titles intently.
Mocha nods at Cardinal. It then jumps up on the counter and sits in wait. As a customer shows up and orders some coffee, Mocha picks up a coffee cup, filling it and carrying the coffee to the customer. Awww, it's a cute little waiter!

"Yarharhar! Catch, boy!" Salty tosses a barrel toward Malik and he barely avoids getting hit by it as it smashes into the tentacle. The tentacle is stunned and releases the boat as Reese smashes it and Aven slashes at it. The tentacle falls into the water with a loud splash as another one flies up and grabs the boat again. "Yar, she be wantin' us to go nowhere."

Tren sends a shock of electricity through another and Sky smacks the last bat with her guitar. The four bats are defeated as the group gathers the Zonite they dropped, for a total of one Large Zonite. They continue on until reaching a group of two Armored Goblins.
