Crap, I don't think we have any Phoenix Downs. I'm kind of surprised that they haven't shown up yet other than the Ifrit battle.

I jokingly told Cheri that it would grant wishes, and she ate it, and it actually did grant wishes. You are now a Mind Angel, and only creative people can see you, so basically just myself and Cheri. You also got those cool wings."
Denetharf walks into the room and sees Meri.
"Hey, you're that girl who didn't think I was real! Remember once Cheri was talking about a fish? Well, I'm him, and I think I need an apology!"

Kick will fire Water Blast point blank at Grand Tiger.
Reese will fire Simple Zap at A.
Azure: "Well, we're done, we did it. This man... We'll bring him back to the café. Cardinal will get him patched up."
Azure will now pick up as many bags of the non-sweet coffee beans as possible.

I love Double Attacking Grand Dragons. Anyway, I'll have the next part up soon. It's getting crazy in the next part. Until then, here's a slightly less exciting Joey plot line post!
"An angel...so you're saying I was brought back to life to protect Cheri? By a cheap lollipop? Where did you get that thing anyway? A lollipop that brings people to life? This is just so much. I'm not sure I can take it all in in one day..."
"Meri! We can have so much fun now! Yay!" Cheri starts to dance around Meri happily and spins around in circles.
"It looks dark. How about you head off to bed. I can figure things out tomorrow morning...and...hello, Danatharf. I didn't know that fish could become angels. It's nice to meet you...unless we've already met? I'm sorry, I'm still so shocked at all that just happened..."

A continues to hold onto the blue lion, biting it as Yura jumps on, trying to fight him off, only to get shot off by Space. Aven heals himself quickly while he has the chance as Lupis and Salty both attack the Grand Tiger together. Malik takes the knocked out Phoenix to safety and watches over him, trying to heal him with his magic. Kick fires a Water Blast right behind the Grand Tiger, knocking him over onto the ground. The Dusk Tiger leaps at Kick, holding him against the ground before Kepi looks out from under his hat and spits water into the Dusk Tiger's face. The Dusk Tiger steps back, releasing Kick. Reese electrifies A with her Simple Zap, but A holds onto the blue lion and doesn't seem to be letting go anytime soon. It's then Sylvia starts to walk toward the center of the battlefield. The mark on her hand starts to glow. Sky notices Sylvia and starts to play a song to increase her strength. Sylvia holds out her hand as a flame forms in it. A large, magic circle appears in the sky as Ifrit descends from it. He roars angrily with fire blazing all around him. He then raises his claws high in the air as fire explodes out from around him, blazing all of his enemies. As the fire disappears, those fighting find themselves standing back in the positions before Ifrit attacked. Sylvia's mark on her hand is no longer glowing and the Dusk Tiger roars in pain, running off into the forest. A, Space, and the Grand Tiger are all knocked out. They must be pretty powerful not to have been killed by Hellfire.
"The fight is over." Ryze's eyes stop glowing and the Twin Lions relax a bit. "Village destroyed. What do about enemies. They get knocked out, not dead." Ryze is right. It seems that all the crazy insanity that took place has caused the village to be almost entirely destroyed. Very few buildings still stand and there are many corpses scattered around the area.

Kick: "There's... Almost nothing left. We won, but at what cost...
...Reparations will have to start immediately. I'm sure our King will help with restoration of your village.
As for the Dark Lords, we have to deal with them somehow. Is killing them the right choice... ?"

Malik manages to keep Phoenix alive with his magic, but he's too weak to fly everyone back home. For now, Malik tells Phoenix to rest. He then looks around at the burnt, smashed, and torn village. It's a sad sight to see.
"Did anyone survive...?" Sky looks around among the rubble.
"If anyone was in the village, I doubt they made it. That was a mess." Yura gathers the weapons and equipment thrown at the Dark Lords, returning them to their owners.
"Maybe they managed to escape in time..."
"I doubt it. It would be near impossible to have avoided that unless you expected it."

Kick: "...This may not be the right time to say this, but Phoenix won't be able to fly us back to Terran in his current condition. We'll need an alternate way back.
Additionally, I'll patrol around the village to see if there's any possible survivors. I'll return soon."
Kick will search around the village for any survivors or anything else noteworthy.

[Leaving the island shouldn't be an issue. Remember we still have a ship on the island if we want to go back.]
(Aven greets the people who came to the island on Phoenix to check up on them. He listens to their concerns)
(Points to Salty)
"As for what to do with them..."
(Aven looks at the three KOd, he kneels down...then tilts his head)
"Well...I don't really know who these two are...If they are with this Engineer fellow then perhaps you can get something out of em...like what the deal with that Dusk Tiger was...I still don't know the whole deal between you."
(Aven turns to GT)
"and him..."
(Aven closes his eyes and smirks)
"I want to hear the reason. Why did he seek power? Ryze can read his heart and let him speak when he wakes up...besides he could still be useful in other ways and can be dealt with quickly if he tries something...In the end though its up to Ryze...I am curious to see."
Until then chain them all up, take any precautions necessary as GT still might be powered up, and strip them of everything they got."
(Aven stands up)
"Right now, I think we need to focus on finding survivors and dealing with that Dusk Tiger that got away before it has a chance to recover and cause more trouble...perhaps GT still has a connection with it that we can exploit to track it down." |
