Register the co-ordinates of Sky Town, send an all-clear message to the TARDIS, then once the detective penguin's had time to either leave or choose to stay call the TARDIS here. Head inside, restore my sphere, and head back out into Sky Town. On the way out summon Cinder and Cadence (no real reason, I just want them out journeying with the group).

You register the new location and call in the TARDIS. You then look inside and see the Detective Penguin and Gizmo still in there. Gizmo welcomes you and the Detective Penguin is running around inspecting everything. It seems like the TARDIS interests him. Either that or there are a lot of clues in there.
Yoshi, Ultra, Fuzz
The three of you meet up together outside in the town. Aethera looks interested in Fuzz. "Ah? A friend of yours? Welcome to Sky Town, my child. I apologize. We seem to be in a bit of a state of disarray. A few people have gone missing and what's more, there has been an outbreak of frog curses."
Prince Frog jumps up and down while looking at Fuzz. (Hey, is this guy gonna break the curse? Has he seen any instruments we might need?)

Meanwhile, Lupis will take to the skies flying around the town looking for anyone else who looks like they might have a magical instrument.

Hi Mama Rosa. Unfortunately my magic cant break the curse.
Yoshiwott pokes his head out of the bag and uses telepathy to talk to Kelly.
Yoshi: (Tell Fuzz how is it going.)
Kelly: Yoshiwott said hi. Ohh i got an idea how about we go back to the church. I have this replay orb so we can just replay the events of everything that happened. Would be alot easier then trying to talk it out. You guys might be able to explain what happened o your end and i can show you what happened on our end.
