Since have nothing better to do, I'll describe Joey's features in detail.

First off, his face. He has a small, thin mouth and two slightly larger than average black eyes. He has a small nose. His ears are medium sized, and his head is shaped like a circle. His hair is jet black and usually styled into a bowl hair cut. He is a very tall figure with no muscle anywhere, with pale long arms and slightly large legs. His torso is short, as most of his height comes with the legs, but it is still fairly big. He doesn't have any major weight problems, so he doesn't have that much fat on him. His legs are also tall and pale, but his feet are slightly tanned and fairly big. His hands are also ran and fairly big, too. He usually wears long black pants, a black sweater, and red tennis shoes.

Gray: "Well, let's see...I remember I moved here because I needed a home. I came with my brother, Kyle. He used to be an adventurer too where we used to live. He's retired now and mostly does housework while I'm off adventuring. I think that's all. I'm just another adventurer."



Yura: "I used to live in a forest far away from here in an Elven village. It was your typical place, almost just like Raven. Then came the day I had to leave home, so I packed my bags and set off to a growing city. See, when I was younger, we were pretty poor, so I often resorted to stealing. I admit I was a thief, so I wanted to take up adventuring and redeem myself. Maybe if I do something good for once, I can make up for the things I've done in the past."



Vince: "I remumbar reeeel gud. Yeeeaaaah, theyar wuz jast meh in uh vilayuge of draygunzon ahmontayyynnn. Us wuz dah beystast at trasore hauntan. We wuz dah bayst. I gaht too gud fur dose losherz dough. Dey wuz jelozzzz. I wuz so mach bator. Dey kick meh owit. So I movud heyur. Dats whin I fund da beeeeeeeeerrrrrr. Dat staff is guuuuuud. Nah I juzzz do dat aventarrrrrurrrrrzzzzssstafffff. Iz mah jab."



Tren: "Well, my family moved here, since, surprisingly enough, our old home was destroyed by monsters. It's a serious problem. Once I found out there was a Mage Academy here, I was ecstatic! I've always been fascinated by magic. That's why I enrolled there, learning spells every day. Of course, I do have to pay for it somehow, so I go adventuring. There isn't much else to it."



Rumbles: "My story is similar to Tren's. My family's home was destroyed by monsters too. So we decided to move here. The quickly growing town seemed like a good place to stay. I didn't become an adventurer for money though. I wanted to fight the monsters. I'm looking for their source. Maybe then I could find a way to stop them. They've already destroyed so many homes and taken innocent lives. It has to end."



Cheri: "I don't really remember. One day my big sister was excited because she heard that the place we lived at a long time ago was being fixed. She decided to go there and open our flower shop again. Mr. Pooky also sold his potions and things. I haven't seen either of them in a long time though. Now I just sell the things they made a long time ago and make bouquets. Joey helps me though. He's my best friend!"



Phoenix: "I have no idea how I became a Guardian. Yeah, I can't really help you there. I know that I have three forms though. My Magigen form, my Phoenix form, and my light form. There's also other Guardians. I live inside of Lupis' necklace with Tyra. She doesn't really like me for some reason."



Tyra: "Well, I was sealed away in some ancient ruins for who knows how long. I'm also the Guardian of Light. I'd say I'm pretty good friends with Lupis. Actually, it's funny how he resembles Lance very well. Like Phoenix, I don't remember much of anything before I was sealed away. Don't think I'm like him though!"



Keth: "Well, I used to explore around the world, fighting monsters and stuff for cash with Ash and Sci. We decided to stay here in this town though. It's a nice place. I heard they pay a lot for their missions though. There's also gotta be lots of treasure hidden in those dungeons! Exciting, right?"



Ashley: "Whatever..."



Sky: "I moved to this town to help it grow. I have always loved music, even since I was little. I found that it had uses beyond just being beautiful though. Music has the power to change the entire flow of a battle. I don't just play for fun, I use music to cheer on my allies in battle. It gives them that little extra boost they need to make it through the tough battle. I just want to spread the greatness of music and not only train myself to be a better musician, but to also help out others when they need it most. You see, playing songs isn't just something people do for fun, it's got a deeper meaning to it. Songs somehow...form a deep link into people. They can make you laugh or cry, strong or weak, music has a strange and amazing power!"


Sylvera: "I've always been with the king. I remember when he was first born. I used to be a very good friend of the queen's and a rather skilled healer. So of course, I jumped at the chance to help raise the little king. It was an awful day when the king died in that big battle. Everything was destroyed. I had to pretty much raise Cyrin with Darkus all on our own. Darkus recently passed away keeping Cyrin safe from the Dark Lords. So it's just been the two of us since then. It's a sad story, but I will do everything in my power to make sure Cyrin has a happy life. I also work at the castle's infirmary as a sort of side job. That's where adventurers go when they collapse in battle. I use a mix of my healing magic and potions to restore them to full health."

Doesn't a person's backstory factor into the person they become?
It's not about who we are, but the challenges we face and how we fight them that truly determines who we are.
