I guess you don't have much else to do at the office right now... yeah, I'll give Blood a little more time, then move everyone forward.

Move to Midtown.
Roy
Time: Day 1, Evening Location: Herald Main Office
After spending your afternoon faffing about, you head back to the news station to meet up with that suspicious chick. You're there well ahead of the scheduled meeting time. She storms out the front door in a rush. She spots you and frowns as if she was hoping you wouldn't show. She's quick to hide it, and addresses you curtly. "Oh, hey. You're... here. Great. Yeah, I guess you're dressed well enough. I'm going to dinner, then doing some investigating. I'm on a tight schedule. Don't screw me over tonight and we can talk after."

"You look like a hipster," Alethea corrects you. "Now you can either come along quick-like or ya can stand around with yer thumb up ya ass. What's it gonna be, eh?"

Roy BloodmancerLocation: Florville Grande Theatre Time: Day 1, NightYou head over to the theatre with Alethea and Ellen. The two of them seem to be friends. Turns out you're heading to a dress rehearsal for an upcoming play. Ellen seems to have a lead role. Alethea produces some press credentials and the two of you get to sit in for the rehearsal. It seems to be a heavily modified adaptation of Rosemary's Baby. A lady is on the run from a cult that wants to sacrifice her to summon some ancient god or something. The performance isn't bad. After the performance, Alethea tells you to wait for her nearby and behave yourself while she gets some comments and whatnot from some of the staff and performers. Plenty of them wandering around. The director seems busy by a constant string of people coming to talk to him, though.

"Wait a second... SACRIFICE HER TO AN ANCIENT GOD RO SOEMTHING?!?! That's to familiar to be a coincidence...
Walk up to the director and see if I can get his attention.

Bloodroy
You walk up to the director and try to get his attention. He tries equally hard to ignore you and focus on the seemingly endless string of actors, techs, and grips asking about the play itself.

"Shit, what do I have to do to get this guys attention..."
IT'S TIME FOR... THE POKE
Repeatedly poke him until he responds.

You force yourself through the crowd to poke him. After three or four tries, he whirls around at you. "What do you want?" he demands. He seems a bit stressed.

"I wanted to ask about your play. I'm REALLY interested in the storyline... Is there anyway you'd be able to find time for me soon to answer my questions? You look pretty busy."
Roy decides to take a more diplomatic route. He's sure the director will be pleased that he interested, but seems very busy at the moment, too busy to answer his questions.

The director sighs. "Storyl- My play? I didn't want to do this play. We were doing Cats. I wanted to do Cats. The owner just came in one day a month ago and slammed this script in front of me. Do you know what it takes to change an entire play in a month!? Ask him about this lunacy!" He goes back to working. You notice he didn't tell you who exactly the owner is.
