Find a close by nurse and tell her that Cyrus is lost. He needs to find his way back to the emergency room waiting room.
(I know they've got those. I've been in them twice within the past year!)

Cyrus' Luck rolls: HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
You come up with a gameplan, then come out of the bathroom. You wander around a bit, looking for a nurse. The first two just kind of blow past you as if in an emergency or something. You manage to grab a third one who doesn't seem too busy. You get as far as "I'm lost" before she cuts in.
"Oh! You're here to see Lizzy, right? The receptionist called up to warn us. Big, scary-looking guy? Gotta be you, right? It's been quite a while since her sis came to visit, I was starting to think she forgot about her... Strange, though. The never mentioned a cousin, but- oh! Perfect timing."
A door right behind Cyrus swings open, and a very generic-looking surgeon with brown hair and glasses - oh, you saw him at the fair - comes out. He's carrying a chart and rubbing his head. He doesn't look too happy. Wait... Room 215. Oops.
"How is she, Dirk?" the nurse asks.
"Better," he answers. "But... her recovery's much slower than it should be. I don't understand..."
The nurse seems to remember you're there. "Ah, right, don't let us slow you down. I'll be by to change her bandages in a while, OK? I'm sure Lizzy's going to be really glad to see you." She all but shoves you through the door. "Lizzy! You have a visitor...!" she calls in after you.
Inside, a young woman is sitting in a bed. She stares in your general direction with grey eyes, but seems to be looking through you. She has long, straight black hair with a single blue streak. She's a bit pale and thin, and her chest is wrapped in heavy bandages. She looks... vaguely familiar. Kind of... reminds you of Delia?
She opens her mouth and speaks in a soft voice. "Oh... Hello. Long time, no see. Thank you, Samantha."
"Just yell if you need anything," the nurse says. She closes the door.
"..." She folds her hands in her lap and gives you a patient look, head tilted a bit to the side. "...?"

You notice she has a finger on the button to call the nurse. She lowers her voice to a whisper. She seems nervous. "You aren't one of... them, are you?"

After hiding his things away in a nice safe position, where damn hobos won't try to steal them, Roy thinks about what he might do.
"Maybe if I ask for my weapons nicely the police will give them back... HAHA!" Roy laughs loudly (He also sounds kinda crazy) likely garnering the attention of passerby's outside the ally.
"Maybe I'll just go to the fucking black market." Roy grumbles before getting up and kicking at the ground. He then decides to go looking for any supplies that might be useful, wether he finds them or finds them for sell...
