Well, I would want one with a camera that can hook up to a TV, extremely far remote controlling for accuracy, have it be very quiet, and also have it be non-traceable if it gets caught. Maybe a self destruct button just in case. Oh, make that a 360 camera with real high quality footage and audio, and make it an ATV so it can go in almost all terrains. Keep it compact, too. Ooh, maybe have it be able to drop hidden cameras and bugs for more spying potential. Make those connect to other streams. And add plenty of battery life, maybe a solar panel to prolong it's life out in the wild longer.
So, Swaltzer will get a car that closest fits those, then draft up a plan and buy all the tech he needs, then look up and call a guy that can add of the features and set his rig up. Swaltzer will say he wants to start producing these and selling them as an alternative to drones for ground surveillance and nature photography. Pay extra to get all of the parts and the guy quickly to set up that.
Make sure the rig is on a high quality TV, and record the stream. Connect it to several high storage hardrives. Rig up a system where a press of a button can delete all footage by destroying the drive with magnets.
Put in as much money to get this done as fast as possible. Swaltzer owns a ton, so he can spend a ton on setting up his rig. He will pay extra attention to make sure these purchases cannot be traced back to him. He will set up a proxy person and a meeting place for all of this to be developed. Send everything and everyone to that place, and set cameras to see it and hear it and to tell the proxy what to do. Wait, no, get a chain of 6 loyal people to be proxies, so Swaltzer has extra coverage.
So, yeah, Swaltzer will start that.
