so. what we know about this game. it is an alternate Universe/Retelling of sun and moon's plot. this weird Necrozma fusions might be what solgaleo and lunala looks like in that universe

double posting here to give my two cents on the new fusions. a ton of people are saying that these are bad fusions and they look bad.
i honestly like their designs. they look alien. and if sun and moon wants us to think that solgaleo and lunala are ultra beast. it makes complete sense that they look alien. hence the theme with the ultra beast being things that look weird and alien

the switch is still pretty new and not many people have one. while the switch has an install base of about 3 million the 3ds has an install base of 22 million. would you put a game on a new console not many actually have and risk the game selling poorly, or put it on a old console that everyone has?
lets face it. its too early for a main series pokemon game on switch. they are just not taking that big of a risk

So is this baiscally Pokemon Sun and Moon 2 of the series. Either way I am looking forward to it.
Oh have they announced any main differences between regular Sun and Moon amd Ultra (worm) Sun and Moon

Well yea it could help sell switches. but here is a problem i found. how would it interact with sun and moon? would they do cross-platform play? if so then wouldn't it be very tough to do and expensive? there are some people (like me) who cant afford a switch, cant find one because they are always sold out(or in my case. both) also i think you mean main series pokemon. pokemon has been on main consoles before with stadium, stadium 2, the shadow pokemon games, battle revolution, the japan exclusive Mystery dungeon wii ware titles, and a ton of other spinoffs |

I have absolutely no idea if the Switch and DS could cross-communicate, I can't afford one either.

Wait, that little picture-taking mini-game in Sun/Moon. They have algorithms for scoring pictures, they got the gyroscope code already written... They just need to add apple throwing and we're good! Where is my Pokemon Snap 3DS, dammit?

Why haven't we had a proper console release yet...? main series pokemon has always been a strict mobile series for a few reasons one. its part of the name pocket monsters. POcKEt MONsters. POCKET monsters. two. you cant really simulate the feeling of bringing your game to a friends game and trading/battling on the spot with home consoles(granted you can now with the switch but i digress) three. im pretty sure it was something that Satoshi Tajiri wanted when he made the series. inspired by the game boy link cable and his childhood |
