"Like, ew. Really? This cube thing isn't even humane for artificial lifeforms. No wonder you guys wanted an amazing, sexy, badass, top-tier designer. Like... Jeez. I'm, like, beating a dead horse at this point, but whoever preset this needs to be, like, fired?"
As usual, she clacks away while she complains.
She adds several tall trees, then populates them with a few small platforms, some branches and vines as obstacles, and some floating rings. Then she adds a similar obstacle course on the ground. "I, like, watched a dog show once and I think it was something like this? Like, it's enough to give them something to do while I work on some, like, proper amenities and junk."

Together, the two of you change the island into a tropical location with huts and a dog obstacle course. Hikuro runs around the obstacle course for a bit. "This training will make me stronger."
Neon decides to try it out with him. "Hey! This is pretty fun! Bark! Bark! I'm a dog!"
"...I find that offensive."
Hikuro and Neon's Speed increase by 1!
Papilla looks at the huts that were just made. "Oh. I guess we sleep here." She flies inside and takes a nap.
Pootis Birb looks at his own hut before performing an overly dramatic victory pose. "Sleep is a necessary part of any hero's diet!" He heads inside and seems to fall asleep in the most dramatic way possible.
Papilla and Pootis Birb's Health increase by 2!
Liz watches and seems impressed. "Whoa. You two already knew that Vitmons can increase their stats by performing certain actions at their home island on the Main Console? Impressive. While you can't control them directly, you can try to change the environment and place objects they like with different varieties to try and get them to interact with them. Different things have different effects, so you should be sure to try all kinds of things!" She then stretches. "Alright, that's enough playing around though. You guys need to learn how battle works. I've filled this computer over here with all sorts of viruses." She points over to a nearby laptop. "They're weak viruses, to be sure. And I made all of them. But they should be good practice and training for your Vitmons. Deploy them in a party through the terminal."
Liz pushes a button and what looks like a teleporter platform appears on the Main Console island. The Vitmons all gather around it and look puzzled. "Vitmons travel in groups of four. So you just need to input which ones you want to bring with you by name before entering a destination." She nods. "Alright, so just put all their names in and then send them off to Virus Training Grounds!"

"Uh, duh? Of course the environment changes how they grow? This is, like, basic neural networking stuff. So like, they look cool and all? But let's see how well these anti-virus programs actually work."

The four of them stand over on the platform and seem to be ready to go.
Hikuro. "You only need request my service."
Neon. "Yay! We're doing something!"
Papilla. "Oh, we're going somewhere?"
Pootis Birb. "We shall smite viruses in the name of JUSTICE!"
They warp away. Liz nods. "Alright, now you guys will have to compete to send commands to them the fastest through hacking. Good luck!"

With the training completed, the Vitmons return to the Main Console and their home island. Liz then points out a little counter on your screen. "That's your Digital Bits. You can use those to make the Vitmons stronger and help them in battle. Digital Bits can be made into items that restore HP or DP, items that temporarily raise certain stats, new moves for Vitmons, and even other Vitmons. Think of it as essential data gathered from enemies and turned directly into something else. Go ahead and try using them for something."

The two of you are lead into a large, impressive looking building. A woman with blond hair and lab coat brings you through the lobby, into an elevator. She pushes a button and you head down underground. When the doors open, you find yourself in a room full of all kinds of technology. Two other hackers seem already at work, on computers. The woman that lead you here gives you the basics of everything. It seems her name is Liz.
(If you two could just read over what the others did, it would be helpful. It's pretty simple, I just don't feel like writing it all out again.)
"...And that's how things work. Now go get to work. Right now, you should all be working on making something with your Digital Bits. Remember, the fastest hacker always gets what they want. You new guys might even be able to put something together if you work fast enough. Or you could always work together, but that's boring and not competitive."

(Actually, you don't get to make a Vitmon yet. Since there's already four, you'll have to gather 100 bits with the Vitmons you have and spend them on making a new Vitmon. So uh...does that mean you're saving your bits right now?)

Koto spends 20 Digi Bits total, creating a Small HP Restorative and a Small DP Restorative. They appear on the island as little medical kits, stored away in the area with the huts. Hikuro inspects them and nods. "These should prove useful."
Liz nods. "Yes, items are very useful. Mostly because hackers can use them without their Vitmons wasting a turn. A quick restorative can help determine a battle for sure. Plus, boosters are never bad to have around. Anyway, now that you're done with that, I suggest you make any changes you may want to the island before I give you your next assignment."

Carla doesn't know what else to do so she puts in the code for an imposing castle with a huge courtyard, a throne room, and its surrounded by Lava.
(Basically Bowsers Castle)
