Lazarus' eyes go wide, the bokoblin's words being the last thing he was expecting to hear. "Voiccces?" Lazarus keeps his arrow aimed squarely at the Bokoblin's forehead.

---Lazarus---
The Bokoblin seems to be sweating, as he answer your one word question:
"I... I don't know who they are... They speak to us, but they are nowhere to be seen... We all hear them... We die when we disobey..."
The Zora Captain seems to be losing patience.
"Just kill him, he's clearly insane."
The agile Zora glares at him.
"Come on, Captain! It makes sense! We're all having nightmares!"
"Clearly, his turned him insane. He's our enemy, he's just trying to save himself."
The woman sighs.
"Let the Lizalfos do his thing."
"As if any of these monsters are on our side."
"Captain! He saved us."

The Zoras arguing briefly distracts Lazarus from the Bokoblin.

---Fish--- You follow the 4 explorers into the fields... Grass as far as the eyes can see. There's some ponds here and there though, you notice easily that there's some fishes in there. Nothing special though, just basic fishes. While walking, you learn that the individuals with pointy ears are called "Hylians" and the rock man is called a "Goron". The Hylian known as Brodrick keeps his eyes on you, as if he didn't trust you. The blonde woman, revealed to be named Miela explained that they never saw anything looking like you. "So... What are you exactly?" ---Stinger--- You follow Thornvine and Spee back home, as they drag the caged boar with them. (Town topic) "Ah? Canya tell? I'm a fisherman! Ah fish! They call meh Fish, too. Fishing-Loving Subrosian is the name! From Subrosia!" Fish's modest accent is accompanied by his usual friendly tone, but it all kind of falls apart when he makes the mistake of lowering his hood for a moment to show that he isn't some sneak. He knew, after all, that other species did not wear cloaks all the time like his people did, but he didn't even think about what the reaction might be. He smiled his bright glowing smile, and winked one of them big ol eyes, as his pitch black skin was shown to Broderick, Miela and the rest. Hylians and Gorons, eh? That's different from the world Fish knew, but he would try to play it cool and uh, not freak out about being in a land that he knows literally nothing about as opposed to a land which he knew almost nothing about. He may be fucked otherwise.

---Lazarus---
The Bokoblin takes advantage of you being distracted to let go off the ledge.
He falls into the river, but you don't see him come back out.
The Zora captain look down.
"Great... Let's go back home everyone!"
The farmer raises his head towards the armored individual.
"Come on man. Don't you want to know who this Lizalfos is?"
"Stay here if you want, but there's a chance the Bokoblins come back with reinforcements.
Zora guard, we're going back to the Domain."
"Alright, you go. Take Horu with you at least."
"Fine."
The Zora Captain waves at the two female Zoras. The agile one helps the non-combattant up. The younger one stands up, reluctantly walks towards the captain, but whispers at you as she passes by.
"The captain is stubborn, if you want to say something to him, now's your chance before we leave."
She continues her way and goes next to the captain.
---Fish---
Brodrick doesn't seem to have much reaction as you remove your hood.
Miela just seems curious.
"Subrosia? Where is that?"
The third Hylian stops for a few seconds, seemingly startled.
The Goron has a serious expression and glances at you.
"We never saw anyone like you... Strange that you show up at the same time as the Living Dungeon heh?"
His tone seems to imply you're a bad guy.

"Subrosia is..." "Well, it's..." He had absolutely no clue how to describe its location, as he has no clue how, if at all, Holodrum connected to his new stomping grounds. "It's under the ground. But not the ground where we are, somewhere else." As far as he had been told, that was what people from the 'surface' called it. He always thought of them as 'above the ceiling, but I guess it's a matter of perspective.
"The Livin' Dungeon? Is dhat a prison fer uh, livin' folks? Ye don't think I'm a crimina', do ye? I've not even got a shank!" Had he done something wrong, he wondered? Were these constables or domething? Subrosia had people of that profession, and they hadn't been nice to a "lazy" fisherman.
Embarassed, Fish put his hood back on and pulled the loop tight to cover as much of himself as he could. "Ye can search me..." He literally just had his rod, not even any good lure at the moment, so he felt he had nothing to lose.

Miela seems to try to calm down the Goron.
"Bronto, there's no point in antagonizing this person. If he wanted to attack us, he probably already would have.
In any case, if he's a monster, he won't be able to enter the town."
The Goron seems to calm down and as you all continue walking, answers your questions.
"You see bruda, there's a building that appeared a few days ago. At the same time, monsters began to roam the lands and everyone started having nightmares. We call that building "The Living Dungeon", because it's layout changes everytime you enter it. We tried to explore it a few times, but after a few rooms decided to go back out. We're just testing the water right now."

Lazarus fumbles around for a moment trying to think about what to say before quietly and politely waving goodbye. Nightmares plaguing monsters and Zoras alike... Voices forcing monsters to conquer Hyrule... and the Living Dungeon appearing out of nowhere... These have to be related. Looks like I know where I'm heading next. Lazarus continues onwards towards Hyrule Field once the Zoras have left.

You wave goodbye at the Zora guards. The young one seems disappointed thst you didn't say anything and takes one last glance at you before climbing down the ladder. You wait for them to go away, as the farmer grabs his stuff. You start making your way towards Hyrule Field. Everything seems calm.
Vaikau follows you.
"So... What is your name? You're a Lizalfos explorer? Where did you come from?"

"Gah!" Having been lost in thought and clearly not expecting anyone to have followed him, Lazarus nearly jumps out of his own skin before turning around and realizing it's just the farmer from before. "Whew... You almossst gave me a heart attack. Hang on..." Lazarus catches his breath and calms his nerves before offering a handshake to the Zora. "My name isss Lazarusss. As for where I'm from, I'm sssorry but I can't tell you. Chieftan'sss ordersss, nobody from outssside the sssettlement isss supposssed to know."

"Glad to meet you Lazarus. So... Are you just wandering into Hyrule Field or do you have a precise destination?
Also... Hum... If you can't talk about "the settlement", wherever that is, maybe you shouldn't mention it's existence.
I mean... If you said that to Arto, he'd already be looking for it."

Lazarus laughs nervously. "Yeah, on sssecond thought let'sss jussst act like I didn't sssay anything. In any cassse I'm going to the Living Dungeon, it can't be a coincccedence that monsssters are being forced to attack innocccent people right after it appeared. I don't know what'sss going on here, but I'm going to find out if it killsss me."

"Testing the water... Would that have anythin' ta do with real water? I left mah home ta angle in new, exotic places! A Livin' Dungeon, ye say? Smells like fish to me!" This was starting to sound promising. And heck, those monsters might be able to provide some good lure if he found someone to kill them for him. That was thinking ahead, though. At the moment he was enjoying the scenery as he strode down the field with these people, trying not to think about possible nightmares in his future.

"Don't worry about it, it's as if I heard nothing. Oh... The Living Dungeon? Hum... Mind if I tag along?
Rumors have there's monsters able to fight four trained explorers in there, so going alone is not advisable.
I pretty much owe you one anyway. I'm sure the two of us can manage."

""Testing the water" is just an expression... I'm not sure how to explain it bruda. We're exploring before actually exploring?
Does that make any sense to you bruda?"
Brodrick continues the discussion.
"If it's fish you want, you're better not going inside the Living Dungeon. If you find fishes in there, they'll be big enough to eat you."
