Yoshi 1: "We actually know exactly where Bowser's Castle is..."
Yoshi 2: "You mean, we can just get there?"
Yoshi 3: "We can get the help of one the guilds in Union Island, that's for sure."
Baby Mario nods. He seems to be willing to help you.
As you ask if one of the Yoshis want to join you, a Yoshi in a penguin suit shows up.
Penguin Yoshi: "I'll be glad to join your adventures! You saved us after allA"
Baby Mario and Penguin Yoshis are now citizens of either Mallard Town or the TARDIS. Seems like you have to choose.

Fuzz you can have baby Mario if you want.
Oh and is there a pond or some body of water I can keep Chester in while we adventure and keep him safe.

Wait Fuzz I can just fly us there. Just give me a second to find that stone.
Mallard transforms into his Male Mallard form and lets loose a mighty Quack.
Hop on I can get us there in a Quack.
(As a quick note Mallard X sounds like Donald Duck in his duck form)

Baby Mario is now a citizen of the TARDIS!
Penguin Yoshi is now a citizen of Mallard Town!
Mallard transforms into a giant duck. Baby Mario jumps on his back, without hesitation. Sylvia and the Penguin Yoshi stay behind, waiting for you to come back with the TARDIS.
You make it back to Mallard Town unnoticed. Baby Mario runs into the police box as if he knew what it was... It seems a new room appeared inside it.
The crawling Shy Guys finally reached something... They crawled all the way into the dark forest. The Sun ferret easily spots a gigantic dinosaur roaming around. It has an elongated shape and drools all over the place. It's stomps make the ground shake every time it takes a step.

Mallard will go ahead and transform back into his human form.
Morgan looks for a safe place to put Chester to keep him safe.
Mallard will then head towards the laptop and look at it while Fuzz fixes the Tardis.

A pond seems to appear at the center of your town.
Chester is now a citizen of Mallard Town.
You use the laptop. It seems it lets you decide what your house looks like. You seemingly cannot place any furniture or decoration though. All you can modify at will is the number of rooms, number of floors, the floor, walls and ceiling as well as what the house looks like from outside.

Morgan will check in on Chester and see how he likes his new place.
Mallard will take note and close the laptop for now.
Mallard will wander around his home base and see if there is anything interesting. Call out Boss Boo and have him check the surrounding area for anything of interest.
The Sun Ferret will run back to the village and attempt to convey what he saw. Whether by acting it out or drawing what he saw.

Insert the Chaos Emerald into a conveniently placed opening, using its power for the auto repair systems. While that's going on, go get Baby Mario.
"We should probably go outside and give it some space to work."

Baby Mario feels like Fuzz knows what he's talking about and walks out if the TARDIS. Fuzz inserts a Chaos Emerald as the TARDIS' power core. It starts spinning and eventually, the phone booth looks brand new.
Morgan puts Chester in the pond. He seems happy to be swimming freely again.
Boss Boo looks around town. It's still empty.
The Sun Ferret brings back the information he found. There's something big roaming in the dark forest.

(Wait, so to clarify since you said it's now the power cord does the TARDIS only work when the Chaos Emerald is in there? I kind of need to keep that Chaos Emerald on hand if I'm going to use Chaos Control.)

Morgan will ask Chester is there anything she can do for him. Make a drinking motion (thirsty), rub belly (hungry), etc.?
Mallard will look towards Fuzz so you think we should go pick up the rest of the crew and then head off towards Union Island?

Walk back into the TARDIS and look around the console room while retrieving the Chaos Emerald.
"That's better, it looks like the crash never happened in the first place!"
Let everyone else in and nod in agreement with Yoshi's request, flipping switches and pressing buttons as the TARDIS whirs to life.
"Off we go, back to Yoshi Village!"
