Also, when I say "Splash Effect" it means half effectiveness to two other allies/enemies on either side of the target at the same time as the full effect on the target.

I probably shoulda done this before. Most of the elements are pretty self-explanatory. But.
Celestial: The power of the stars and cosmos
Neutral: The power one takes from their own soul
Soul: The power taken from bonds with others
Which is why I was pretty excited Kiran chose soul. And why it's so funny he has 0 ranks besides the ones he started with. Especially considering the requirement for rank 2 is basically "interact with them (more than just attending club together) without pissing then off"

That being said, I'm assuming that nothing is weak to or resists Neutral, right?

Soul, Neutral, and Celestial will be strong/weak against each other, but don't expect to find much consistency. You'll need to think about it on a case-by-case basis.
