Basically, anyone who's been to the other world - if it exists - can see them. Anyone they point the may-or-may-not-exist-portals out to can, too.

I screwed up... I have a handful of rules to follow to set the club schedule, but I keep finding mistakes.
Starting next Tuesday, Art and Soccer are swapping Mon/Fri. I think. Let me triple check this a few times.
