Floyd jumps back a little when Raine starts shouting "Good Luck I'd offer to come with but, well it sounds a little too personal for me to stick my nose into" He says as a thought strikes him "Here take my number even if you don't need it today you might want it another time" He adds as he swiftly takes out his notepad and rips out a page handing it to her while flashing his best reassuring smile 

Let's stop by the park worst comes to worse we can just jam out some more proficiency or guts

Friday, September 14th

You head to school.  The morning announcement begins.  "Hello...  mmmph..."  Mattea yawns loudly.  "Hey, everyone.  Today the Drama, Wrestling, Cooking Clubs will be meeting.  The Soccer Club will not be meeting today due to... erm...  Wow, seriously?  The club president is-  Oh, I'm not supposed to read that part?  Well, anyway.  No soccer today for you sports nerds.  Um...  Oh, yeah!  Anyone who's, like, working in the art festival tomorrow needs to report to the art room after class!"

Rumors go about the school about Freya's absence.  They range from being in jail (for attacking Alice) to being in the hospital to being suspended.


Juniors

For some reason, Natsumi came to school still in her bikini and without shoes.  The teachers are used to this sort of behavior from her and don't even bother chastising her.

Karl will head to Cooking Club.

Floyd goes to text Raine but realises he doesn't actually know what to say and pockets his phone before heading to the Art Room

Levi will go to Drama Club to return that handkerchief. He was probably supposed to return that yesterday, but he got busy...

Arcadia, Karl

You head to cooking.  The head of the club re-introduces himself to the new students as Sachi Kinomi.  "Today we'll be making some sugar cookies to sell at the art festival tomorrow.  You can take a few home, but the rest you'll get to decorate with fun designs!  It's an art festival, so have fun with it!"

He passes out some ingredients and utensils for making cookies.  He grimaces at Karl and forcefully pairs him with one of the nameless, experienced, no-fun members who prevents his every at sabotage.  He backs off and lets Karl have some fun with the decorating, though.

Arcadia... tries.  When Sachi sees her cookies come out a bit... horribly burnt he pats her on the shoulder.  "That's... fine.  Don't worry about it.  Here, we've got plenty of edible cookies that need decoration, so come help Katie."

Katie is using a piping tool to draw little kitties and puppies and stuff on some cookies.  She's happy to have your help.


Levi

You head to Drama Club.  Lance is standing on the stage reciting a soliloquy.  That guy with the camera is standing near the back, leafing through a stack of papers.  When you come in, he gives you a small wave.  "Hey.  Ava says to pick a thing and be ready to read it in front of everyone for today's activity."

It's just a stack of several famous speeches from various plays.

Avalon herself is sitting front and center, listening intently to Lance's performance.

Mattea shows up and disappears backstage.  Avalon gives her a nod as she passes.


Tai, Floyd, Leia, Morgan

You get to the art club and find the club leader is... flustered, to say the least.  Her hair's a mess, she's wearing a bikini for some reason - most of you realize she hasn't changed, you aren't even sure if she went home.  She's flitting about as she reads from a clipboard.  There's a pretty sizable crowd here today.

"OK, people doing oddjobs and the main poster, over here!  People doing facepainting, over there...  Dean, Avel...  Levi?  Levi...?  Levi, Levi, Levi...  Levi!  Has anyone seen Levi!?  Ugh, OK...  Whatever.  He's missing.  A ton of people are missing.  That's fine.  Everything is fine!  DOES ANYONE HERE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO FREYA!?"

Raine steps forward and waves.  "I... need to talk to you about that.  She... won't be able to make it."

"UGH!  Why!?"

"I'll tell you in private..."

"OK, wait over there!  Sorry, I know I'm yelling!  People doing body painting, come over here!  That's you, Leia!  Alright, models, over here!  Tia, Somnis, Buttons, Frey- UGH, Kiran...  Why...  why does it feel like I'm forgetting someone?  Am I forgetting someone!?  OK, whatever, you know who you are, get over here!"  Natsumi is flinging her arms about so wildly people aren't entirely sure where she's directing them.  "GREAT!  Tai, Morgan!  I need to talk to you both personally, go stand somewhere quiet!"

She proceeds to run around to all the various groups.


Leia

There's a pretty sizable group of volunteers, but the only one you recognize is Fox...

Natsumi comes by and tells you to meet in the park tomorrow morning.  She divides up some designs and passes them between you.  You get one that looks like a bunch of tentacles.  "Make sure you study these, OK?  Go practice painting them on canvas!  Go!  Quick, like little bunnies!"  There's a bunch of easels and paints set up for practice...


Floyd

Natsumi pulls you aside.  She places her hands on your shoulders and stares at you in a very... intimidating manner.  "You...  You, uh...  You, yeah, uh, Floyd!  Floyd.  Floyd, that's right.  Wh-what group are you in again?"  She's panting heavily.


Morgan

"Right, here, I know it's early."  She shoves a piece of paper with a phone number written on it into your hands.  "You won our little bet so you're free to go.  I know I promised you a special reward but I've been kind of busy so you'll just have to wait.  Uh, what do you want, anyway?  I can't get you the thing I was originally gonna get you."


Tai

Natsumi flounders over to you right after talking to Raine.  She looks... off.  Like she might be sick.  She pauses in front of you, clutches her head, closes her eyes, takes a deep breath, then continues at the same pace.  "Tai.  I need an answer.  You want to work in the festival or not?  Painting, modeling, running a stall?  I was going to keep this a surprise, but I'm running one of your designs.  So.  Cool.  Did you need anything?"
