Aron grunts as he lands, watching the strange machine scale the fence. "What in the...?" He climbs again, unable to process what he just saw but needing to look again.

Floyd floats in midair with the vague outline of a horse, slashing the bear being swarmed with rats. It flails wildly, swatting the last of the rats away before roaring at you.
Tai rushes at the bear that has resumed preparing to fire. He stabs it with dark energy lances from both guns, but the bear is not deterred. It prepares to fire. The armor jumps in between you and the bear, his shield expanding as they plant their sword and dig in. The bear unleashes a sustained blast that clangs against the metal which starts to glow bright orange. "Well... fuck... you... too...!" they gasp with effort. With a grunt, they swing their shield against the bear's face, interrupting the beam. "If you're so insistent, I can just fucking fuck myself and fuck off!"
"Language." Mareena turns to scold you both. "There's young ones watching..." The bear wrapped to her swings at her back, and she easily ducks to the other side. "Ah, predictable."
Aron
Yep those are people(?) fighting magical bears using magic or something. Yep. Now that that's out of the way, you notice there's someone in the bathroom peeking out of a high window. You think you recognize her from school, but the dusty window and dim light makes it hard to tell. And there's two people hiding under the pier... kinda. They're watching, same as you.

Floyd unleashes a burst of hot air and the bear staggers back with an angry snarl. It swats at him with a paw, easily knocking him back a few steps. Tai lassos the bear and tries to drag it towards another, but it roots itself in place. Its mouth begins to glow red as it charges. The one with the sword and shield comes running with a battlecry and stabs it deep through the side. The other unoccupied bear comes running right behind them, standing on its hind legs to slap them aside.
Mareena starts twirling around, lashing out with her chakrams and striking the bear she's entwined with several times. The bear snarls and bites her, tossing her aside as the threads vanish.
Tai's mines detonate. One of the bears is vaporized by the blast. The newly freed bear seems to be on fire.

Floyd waves and the exploded bear begins to reform itself, already beginning to fall apart again. It swings and smashes the bear that was bound to Mareena. The bear responds by lowering its head, pawing at the ground, and charging. It knocks the fake bear out of the way, then sends Floyd flying onto his back, then slams Mareena. She responds by continuing to flail in a wild, rhythmic dance, slashing it twice.
The other bear crouches down again, anchoring itself into the ground and gathering flames in its mouth. "This again? My shield hasn't finished cooling from the last time, asshole!" Sword and Shield slams his glowing shield into the bear's face, then kicks it.
Tai points his tail at Floyd, who feels a burst of speed.
The injured bear shakes as it burns and seems to be poisoned, as well.

Floyd snaps his fingers casting Refreshing Raines on Marenna before jumping to his feet "Not this time Ursine" He declares firing Gale Bolts at the same bear as Tai

Floyd snaps his fingers and a cloud appears above Mareena, raining bright, blue water down on her. Tai and Floyd move to opposite sides of the bear. Tai aims his guns and a star appears on the tip. Floyd aims his crossbow and it starts to glow bright green. The one in armor bends down, holding his shield over their head. Mareena shakes a bit of water from her hair, then runs forward. She jumps on the shield as they launch her into the air. Mareena throws her chakrams as Tai and Floyd both fire, blasting the bear from three sides at once. It crumples to the ground and begins to wither.
The revived bear swipes at the other, causing it to flinch. It reacts by dropping down and shifting into a stance to prepare its fire.
