You head into the game room, noticing a lot of flashy lights and gaudy decorations. This looks like...a casino. Which would be illegal in a school like this. There's a bunch of game machines around, but most of them...no wait, all of them are out of order. There's a service counter, but nobody there. You notice there's also a pink door with hearts on it labelled "Love Suite". That...can't be what you think it is, can it? You check the door and it's locked. Thank god.

"Odd seems like I have the only room of importance not that I mind the space of course" Dennis muses to himself 'Hopefully this Ultimate Butler's lab would prove more interesting' he thinks as he heads upstairs

You enter the Ultimate Butler Lab over by the dining hall and notice there's a smaller dining room that can be set and used for practice. There's also a laundry room with machines for washing clothes and cleaning supplies. Other than that, it seems it's just another room.

You hear knocking from behind and turn to see Sam standing there. "Hey, Dennis? I need your help with something. Have you seen that giant tree in the garden? I think it's hollow. But as best I can tell, there's no entrance. I'd like you to fix that, if you catch my drift."

Dennis scratches his head err his mask "I mean you people do realize that a pyrotechnic isn't some sort of demolitions expert we use chemical reactions, mostly explosion, to create not to destroy luckily you have the ultimate pyro so I could do it but, with the supplies I have it'd be far too dangerous it'd make much more sense to burn away part of the tree if I have some prep time I could probably do it but, first.... why do you want me to do this?"

The two of you head down into the basement as you gather up the necessary fire starting materials to burn away part of the tree.
As you sift through the contents of your barrels and boxes, picking out only the best supplies, Sam tries to make conversation with you. "So...Fireworks, huh? They explode different because of different chemicals, right? Kinda like cosmetics. I guess we're both basically junior chemists." Sam stops to think. "I wonder if Erika could help us drum up some better toys..."

"Interesting I never really thought about the link between Cosmology and Chemistry but, it's certainly there" Dennis comments as he sifts through the boxes and barrels occasionally setting aside materials or tools he'll need "Though that just makes the end of your line of thinking more reductive I prefer to think of it like this" He says taking a moment to stare into Sam's eyes before turning back to his work "What Erika does with her tool set is pure science, what you do is pure art and what I do is a little of both" He explains

Sam nods in agreement. "Yeah, I can see where you're coming from."
You finish gathering the necessary materials and Sam leads you over to the giant tree in the garden. You notice Leanne and Sato walking to the dorms together on your way. It's almost night...
Regardless, you set everything up and stand back a safe enough distance before starting the fire. It takes a minute and seems as if nothing happens, but...BAM! A huge wall of flames erupts in front of the tree and begins to burn brightly! It's glorious! It's beautiful! It's amazing! It's mesmerizing! It's...not burning away the tree. What!?
As the flames subside, you notice the tree has received no damage. What the heck!?
*BING BONG DING DONG*
Nekoshi's voice sounds throughout the island. "Greetings, everyone! This is your lovely headmaster, Nekoshi! It is now 10:00 PM and officially night time! The Dining Hall and the Pool are now off limits! Goodnight, and sleep with one eye open! You never know who might be plotting against you...NYAHAHAHAHA!" Nekoshi's laughter cuts out.
Being unable to burn away the tree bark, you part ways with Sam. But you still feel as if you're closer to him somehow...

...So, it's night already? Sounds like you need a tutorial on how Night works!
At night, you can head out and attempt to perform extra actions, exploring the school or deepening your friendships with your classmates. Sometimes you will even hear the doorbell ring, meaning a classmate wishes to speak with you or might find a mysterious note asking you to meet somewhere. These could be perfectly innocent, but...keep in mind it's dangerous at night.

Hmm well there is a couple things we need to do before sleeping first Dennis will take a closer look at this "tree" nothing should remain untouched after being exposed to one of his beauties.

You head back to the garden at night, unnoticed by anyone and not noticing anyone else in return.
You then look around at the tree there. Hmm...
...Something's off about it. You feel around and knock on it. It makes a metal sound. Is this tree made of metal...?

Hmm odd to be sure but, nothing we didn't already know it'll be best to tackle this mystery tomorrow though with a fresh mind and another set of hands. Next up it's finally time to check out that last room upstairs.
