You make a break for the closest bridge. There's an entrance to the cave system on either side, a few hundred feet in either direction. You set down and call to the snail-lady.
MORGAN AND LEVI
VS
FIRE BEAST CHERUFE
Her only response is to spit. She lobs a huge glob of lava at you. You both dive out of the way as it lands on the bridge, sizzling and burning.
"She's not going to listen to you! She's just a mindless beast! All she can do is attack!" Laura yells. Her voice is impressively loud to reach this far. "Run!"

Levi chan maybe we can use the caves for some form of shelter.
So what do you think? Do you think maybe weakening it will get it to calm down?

Actually I have an idea watch this move Levi chan.
Morgan uses Shadow Clone. A clone of Morgan appears.
Okay I will send the Shadow Clone of me to buy us some time. Then we head the opposite way.
Clone Morgan will run towards one of the caverns opposite of the dragon. The clone will shot the snail creature in the eye.
The real Morgan and Levi will wait til the clone has the slugs attention then will head upwards towards the dragon.

Morgan summons a clone and you run in the opposite direction. The snail thing tracks both groups with different eyes. The clone shoots at it, but it doesn't seem to particularly care. It lobs another ball of lava at the larger group. At this range, it's easy to avoid most of it, but some of the spittle still splashes you. Fortunately, the fire-resistant armor seems to be doing its job and you don't immediately die.
You manage to make it into the cover of the cave just in time to see the Morgan clone get destroyed by a lava bubble. The snail-monster-lady scans the area, seems satisfied no one's around, and dives back into the lava. The cave splits in either direction. To the left, it slopes upwards and looks like it winds through the wall a ways to a higher bridge. The right looks like it heads back down towards the entrance.
