They go to look for the Father.

You head upstairs. The priest is still there, sweeping up rubble and debris. He looks at all the damage to the chapel and sighs. "Cleaning up is nothing, but how can I fix all this damage...?" He notices you and looks over. "Oh, hello, children."

"Hey, dude!" Kai flashes a smile.
Tai taps him. "I'm sorry, Father. Can I help you clean up some? I did make the mess fighting that bi-, er, witch, sir." Tai says it politely.
Kai giggles a bit at him. "Hey, while you do that, how about me and Nats go explore some? You can catch up later, bro." He lightly punches Tai's arm jokingly.
Tai frowns at the gesture but shrugs.

The priest thanks Tai and asks him to start piling some of the larger rubble in the corner.
Kai heads out of the church with Natsumi. On the way, he notices something he didn't get a chance to see when he was running for his life. An archway tucked near the entrance is projecting a strange portal showing a picture of a hospital.
Outside, the same points of interest are still there. A summoning circle behind a padlocked wrought-iron gate. A stripey tend. The graveyard they didn't really get to investigate. The main entrance to the cellar. And the copse of trees.

"Over the river and through the woods as they say, right Nat?" Kai heads towards the forest.
"So Father, where exactly are we?"

"We are in the Lord's house, my child," the priest tells Tai.
Kai and Natsumi head into the forest. They find 3 people sitting in a circle, chanting at a fire. One has pearly-pink skin, a purple cloak, and manacles on her ankles. Her arms are hidden under her cloak.
Another blonde-haired witch... This one has a pointier hat, and a polearm as a weapon. And no broom.
The last is... Buttons. Natsumi recognizes him immediately. He's leading the ominous chanting.
There are three others in the corners who don't seem interested in the ritual.
Another blonde-haired woman. This one is in a form-fitting, translucent gown, lavender. She's clutching a tome.
The next is a girl a bit younger than Tai. Her hair's brown, shoulder-length. Green eyes, with pink glasses. A pink-ish... blouse-skirt thing with a red sash tied in a neat bow, and a set of white leggings.
The last isn't a human. She's a red-haired pixie, sitting on the girl's shoulder. Only a few inches tall.

Kai whispers to Natsumi. "So... do you think Buttons will mind us crashing his with party oe should we probably leave before we get Hansel and Gretel'd?"
"Yes, Father, I know that." Tai tries not sound irritated. He cleans up some more rubble and picks up stuff. "I mean, where is this church? Like, what state?"

"I'm not sure," the priest admits. "It used to be in a town called Florville. But I'm at least 99% sure there was no graveyard next door. I believe it used to be a grocery store..."
Natsumi throws her hands around her mouth. "HEY, BU-U-U-UTTONS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? ARE YOU TRYING TO SUMMON A DEMON!?"
"Yes, you insufferable pain-in-the... I mean, part-... Wait... You aren't Natsumi."
"What are you talking about? Of course I am!"

Kai smiles and rubs the back of his head in a tropey kind of way.
"Hmmm. I wonder what's going on, Father. One minute I'm in the middle of demon-hunting and the next I wake up in a really cloudy white place with my angelic doppelganger." Tai says.

"An angel? Perhaps he was sent to guide you on your way," the priest suggests.
"I mean, she... looks like Natsumi," Buttons says. "But she sounds a bit different. And she's acting a bit different. I know my partner! Who are you, imposter!?"
"P-parnter? Me? With you?" Natsumi grimaces. "I mean... I don't hate you, but partners? What do you even mean by partners!?"

"Hm, that coild be possible, Father. But isn't it true that sometimes the enemy can take deceptive shapes to lure you down a wrong path?"

"HE DID WHAT!?" they both demand. Natsumi folds her arms over her chest. Most of the other bystanders are now thoroughly invested in this drama.
"I'm going to kill him," Natsumi promises. "When did he even..."
"Mh-hm." The priest goes back to working quietly.

Tai helps finish cleaning up, being thorough. Whenever he finishes up, hell bid farewall to the Father.
"Thank you for everything, Father. Sorry for wrecking the place."
