Tight Dan Ultra mrfuzz111 Bloodmancer---Everyone--- You walk out of a portal, willingly leaving your home world. There's generic townspeople running around everywhere. It seems something's already going on... A meteor shower falling above the town... Thankfully, they seem to break on a giant magic dome surrounding the town. Each rock breaking on the dome make the ground shake, while a crakcing noise echoes. Eventually, the meteor shower stops and the townspeople seem to quickly calm down and go back to whatever they should be doing. A yellow snail with glasses notices the four of you. It crawls on top of some stage, then grabs a microphone. Snappy: "Oh new heroes! Just in time! You saw that meteor shower right? Well, I know why you came here. To hunt bosses... We expect what's causing these meteor showers is what we call a "final boss"... We're searching that guy right now. That'll be your ultimate objective for now! Hopefully, we'll find that thing before the meteors destroy the dome. You're all new hunters right now though. Even if we found that "final boss", you wouldn't even stand a chance... I'm sure you're eager to start hunting bosses right? Well, I won't keep you for long. I just want to say that there's three locations where you can sign-up for a quest. You can sign up directly to me right here in the plaza and decide the size of your party. From 1 to 4 members. Then any player or NPCs will be able to join your party. The two other places are similar. The NPC hut offers the same service as me, but you can pick the NPCs you bring with you yourself. They won't be random. You can also just go in there to discuss with them. The third service is the guild hall. Only players can enter there. Just fill the quest board paperwork, leave it on the desk and your party can leave. Oh right... To know what quests you can sign up for, just look at the Quest Board topic. Good luck!" The snail seems to be waiting on the stage. ---Polloa--- You fit right in with most of the generic NPCs, so they all seem to be ignoring you... ---Donald Loke--- The townspeople seem to be staring at your weapon and scratching their heads. ---Cid Crimson--- People are walking next to you, greeting you. They seem to like your attire. ---Delphine--- Some of the townspeople seem intimidated by you and walk quickly past you. The others are admiring your armor and approving of it.

Cid makes his way to the request board chatting with various people who approach him along the way.
"Now let's see, it looks like my option are some sort of crab-insect or... a monster made of facial hair? Probably best to start with some less unusual."
Cid goes over to Snappy.
"I'll make this quick and to the point, I'd like to put my name in for the Gohma hunt."

Snappy: "Ha! I see. You both are ready already. A few things first.
In the future, it would be better to copy and paste the quest information, since there might be multiple quests about the same boss.
It seems you are both creating a party.
All you have to do now is pick your party size. Once that's done, you'll be in waiting mode until you tell me you're ready to leave. Until you tell me you're ready, I'll assume you're waiting for other players to join your party. When you tell me you're ready, random NPC will fill in the party size you asked for.
Finally, take this in consideration: the bigger the party, the more actions bosses have every turn.

You head inside the hut. There's a lot of tables, this place could probably house more than 100 individuals, but there's only 8 right now.
The first one is a blonde man with a green pouch. He is wearing brown padded clothes as an excuse for armor. He seems to be reading a yellow book.
The second one is a red masked creature. A shy guy. He's practicing his staff skills on a dummy, but seems very clumsy.
The third is a green bipedal creature... He seems to be cooking something in a frying pan. You might have heard about these creatures called "Pokemon"... This one is a Munchlax.
The fourth is a blonde girl in a detective outfit. But she seems too young to be any kind of detective. She's fiddling with a big gun, making sure it's functional.
The fifth is a tall handsome man with blue hair. He has a pirate-like outfit.
The sixth is smaller than a normal human. His body is entirely covered by an astronaut-like suit.
The seventh is a girl with a ponytail. He hair are turquoise. She has a basic leather armor and a bow. She's the one who looks the most like an ordinary hunter.
The last one is a man with brown hair. His arms are covered in bandages and he seems to be looting the green pouch of the blonde man, unnoticed.

Delphine walks over to the blonde man and throws the pickpocket out of her way.
"YOU THERE! What's that yellow book your reading?" She tells at him without thinking.

Rachel: "Indeed, I am from the world of Monster Hunter, so I think I'm a perfect fit to be here... That's my guild card. I know sharing it is good, but never knew why...
I only use bows, I don't know how to use any other weapon."
---Delphine---
You pick up the thief... He's lighter than you thought, since you just throw him out the window.
Malik: "Oh... That's my weapon, a healing tome... It actually lets me shoot different energy projectiles at my opponents, but it can do a few things to heal allies."
