Tier List for Ver. 1.0.8 I'd like to note that this is also a tier list for Customs On, putting Ryu at a disadvantage already. Reviewing patch notes, Ryu has not changed much (if at all significantly) from his debut.  |

It:
-Deals more overall damage
-Beats some counters
-Beats Super Armor
-Forces more shield pressure
-Allows for easier followups
-Heals Ness and Lucas SIGNIFICANTLY less if absorbed, from about 28% to 2%
-Is a nice red color

It's weak and puny because of the red color and it does LESS damage because Lucas and Ness heal less from it. Get the facts right.

NESS AND LUCAS HEAL LESS FROM IT BECAUSE THE PROJECTILE IS A MULTI-HIT MOVE. WITH A STANDARD HADOUKEN OR TRUE HADOUKEN, ALL THE DAMAGE OF THE MOVE IS CONTAINED IN ONE ATTACK. WHEN NESS/LUCAS ABSORB SHAKUNETSU, THEY'RE ONLY ABSORBING THE FIRST HIT OF THE MULTI-HIT ATTACK. BECAUSE THE OVERALL DAMAGE IS DISTRIBUTED ALONG ALL THE HITS OF SHAKUNETSU (WHICH IS OVERALL MORE DAMAGE THAN HADOUKEN OR TRUE HADOUKEN), THEY ONLY HEAL 2% FROM THE ATTACK, EVEN WITH NESS'S MULITPLIER OR LUCAS'S AMAZING MULTIPLIER STACKED ON TOP.
