Winner switches or loser switches? Winner switching would make more sense.

Uh I guess? First person to reach the end of the roster wins.

...Didn't I win that match with Link, hence I switch to Zelda and you stick with Jr.? Either way, I'm gone. I'm getting bored of these roster battles too. It just results in me really learning Mario.

Well, that's sort of the point of them, isn't it? Making you learn how to play with those characters? That's why it was made. As a training of some kind.

Are you really going to learn every character?

Aren't you supposed to do that?
Besides, the general practice helps learn mechanics of characters easier.

Whatever floats yer boat, kid. I'd rather focus learning on my mains. Learning about every character is amazing, but way too impractical for non-high level play.

I don't have to TRY and learn things. Once I remember them, they just won't leave!

Then learn this.
STOP cancelling Jr's Side B by hitting the opposite direction. All this does is give you endlag and make you vulnerable. You should always jump out of it since this cancels it out with no lag and allows instant transition to an aerial. Bowser down b and down air when you're above me every single time. Y Edgeguarding is pretty damn beautiful, but try to actually return to the stage after it, unless you're desperate or you don't care about dropping a stock. T E C H
That's actually all I noticed or will point out since I'm assuming you don't main or plan to main most of the characters I saw you play today. Train yer booty more with me. I'm training other people at my school and all they do is spam, SD, or spam an attack into an SD.

Those were all character specific. Aside from the last one which I can't do anyway.

I gave you the first 2 because I assume you liked playing those characters, and how are the last 2 character specific?

I DO enjoy playing as Bowser quite a bit, but Bowser Jr. is just sort of meh. I don't like his attacks much, but he's fun sometimes. Wait, did you say last two? That's only one...and I said it wasn't character specific. I just can't do the whole edgeguard thing because I fall and die when I tried. Example: when I tried during those battles.

But... How? Wait, how?! How?! Everything you do in Smash relates back to edgeguarding in a really relative way, if you think about it.

What? No it doesn't. I just try to knock people around and see how many times I can hit you before my combo breaks.
