Skills for monsters are pretty simple. Basically, just tell me what kind of skill you'd like to add to the monster, being as specific as you like, and I'll make a skill for it so it fits into the system properly. It's as simple as that. You can power up the skill too. That will give you a stronger version of a skill you've already made.

Kobold Follower: A light spear that would pierce the tank or a bold DPS and hit the back line as well, and a weak healing spell
Watchmen's Brood: I just need these guys to slam into guys and steal HP
Devourer Seedling: They should munch on people and maybe get like a vine whip style move
Destro: He's so cool already you should give him his skill-set if I'm allowed to do that if not all he has to really do is be aggressive thrash around pounce on people that kind of thing
Barkley: Now this guy is going to be the Bard of my eventual Boss-Rush Dungeon so generalist attacks with buffs and de-buffs
