Okay, I have everything. Since you updated the monster's attacks, I just do the player's attacks and control the monsters for the next turn, right?

Erika swings at the first group of flying menaces, knocking a good amount of them out with 8 Damage. Nadala follows with a double attack, with two swings killing the rest off. The rest dead, Vaurn double attacks the next swarm, causing 34 Damage!

No, go BACK and fix it. Before the PCs attacked. You have a backup of what the round was like at the start. Check their speed and see who went first.
And I did give orders for that round. Not-simple orders. Split up damage.

I thought Just already attacked with the monsters? Or is that some sort of special attack thing?

Erika slashes at Dart Swarm C, dealing 8 damage. Nadala then wildly swings her club around, smacking the rest of the tiny crows around her out of the air with 17 + 17 damage. Dart Swarm A flies around Erika, all pecking her with their beaks and dealing 3 + 3 damage. Dart Swarm B flies around Vaurn, doing the same thing as they all peck from different directions, dealing 8 + 8 damage. The last swarm quickly flies past Erika, attacking her together for 3 damage. Vaurn quickly spins his scythe around, standing among the swarm Erika was fighting and dealing 17 + 17 damage to them.

Erika strikes the last of Dart Swarm A with her rapier, dealing 8 damage and finishing them. Nadala smacks Dart Swarm B with her club, smacking a decent number of crows into the ground with 17 damage. One of the swarms strike at Vaurn, dealing 8 damage to him while the other swarm wildly flies around and pecks Erika for 3 + 3 damage. Vaurn strikes at the Dart Swarm that attacked him with his scythe, dealing 17 damage.
Erika calms down a bit, finished with her wild slashing. "Alright, there's only a few left!"
