Name: Mr. Fuzz
Appearance: Same as always, a skinny guy with a 'stache wearing a fedora, a brown light jacket made of some kind of velvet-like material with a t-shirt underneath, jeans and brown shoes. There's a pin of a shiny Magcargo attached to the jacket.
Orb color: light blue

Powers (3):
-Chaos Power: use abilities involving Chaos Energy. Abilities include by are not neccesarily limited to (in case I remember/find more): Chaos Control (teleport and slow down time), (New!)Chaos Spear (energy spike used for a projectile) and (New!)Chaos Blast (AoE attack around user, much smaller and weaker than in source material). Abilities require a Chaos Emerald and do NOT include time travel or access to a Super Form.
-Sonic Screwdriver: A device provided by the TARDIS which manipulates sound to perform various abilities ranging from controlling (or destroying) machines to breaking glass and much, much more (seriously, even if I knew them all off the top of my head it would take too long to list all the things it can do). Does not work on wood and can't open a deadbolt lock without a second Sonic Screwdriver or similar device.
-UI window: An enhanced form of Edit. Provides a window which gives information (changes from edits or corruption are red) on anything even if it can't be edited, can be used to send messages or voice chat anyone I've met or otherwise know, and (New!)create objects out of code. The complexity and strength of creatable objects increases alongside editing proficiency, initally being limited to small or simple constructs like barriers and knives.

Starting zone (Light/Dark): Light
Hideout appearance: TARDIS (A marvel of Timelord tech, this blue box can travel to known locations, respond to a signal from the Sonic Screwdriver, and is far bigger on the inside than it looks with as many rooms as it needs. Also counts as an inventory item.)

Starting NPC: Does Celica count? I hadn't officially recruited her as more than a temporary helper yet, but I was planning to after the seige on the Governor's house was over and if we were yanked into the next world from that one then she was at least nearby.

I think that's about it. Additions to abilities are marked with (New!) to make them easier to find, basically everything else that isn't a new category is the same but with the wording of descriptions changed in some places.

(If you don't know yet, there is actually a backstory to this character. Originally he was my DD character.)

Name: Bloodmancer
Appearance: A tall thin human with bleach blonde hair and deathly pale skin. His eyes area  bright crimson color. He wears a tattered black cloak, even in public.
Orb color: Crimson. Like blood.
Powers (3):
Death Defying: Death has been cursed to keep Bloodmancer from going back to hell at all costs (He burned down half of hell last time. Satan was pissed) Upon Bloodmancer's call, Death can heal some of his wounds. It takes Death a while to recharge. He's pretty drunk.

I can't really Mance blood: Bloodmancer has the ability to control blood as a weapon. Weather it be his own or some blood he keep is his pocket in a bottle...

True Form: If Blood ingests any sort of blood, he becomes enraged, his resistance, speed, physical strength are temporarily increased.
Items (3):
Bottle of blood: It's a bottle. It's filled with blood. Where did he get it? You'll never know...

Disembodied tonsil: Part of Bloodmancer's Tonsil collection. Supposedly, he got it from a disembodied voice. If he squeezes it a little, it'll tell him something that might or might not be useful.

Sledge Axe: A massive weapon that's a mix between a Hammer and a Battle Axe. It's pretty cool.

Partner: Killjoy Jenkins (Yes, this is where my DW characters name came from)

Partner appearance: A medium height cyborg who looks extremely pissed and tired. All the time. He wears pretty black clothing and a leather jacket, along with dark colored combat boots. his dark brown hair is cut military style. He has brown eyes and a square, tough looking face that obviously hasn't been shaved in a few days.

Notable partner abilities: Highly proficient with all weapons. Was once a gun-for-hire. Also has a built in jetpack. For flying and shit.

Starting zone (Light/Dark): Dark.
Hideout appearance: An old broken down apartment filled with Bloodmancer's random junk, and his food.
