Alright, just making sure we don't contradict each other.
Name: Stern Warbler
Arcana: Hermit
Appearance: A man in his late fifties, he isn't exactly the most dashing out of anyone. His hair is still barely clinging on and as gray as it can get, but his similarly gray handlebar mustache is still as snazzy as ever. He always wears the same gray janitor jumpsuit, alongside a ratty pair of black sneakers. His skin is slightly tan, and he has a generally average build with a little bit of chub and aged features.
Backstory: Stern is the janitor at this high school, mainly to meet ends meet and fund his hobby. He also takes up the role of Hall Moniter occasionally.

Name: Patrick Haydock Arcana: Devil Appearance: Patrick is as a grandmother might say all skin and bones. He has tired sharp black eyes and faded (poorly dyed) unkempt white hair. Patrick wears the same red and white hoodie everyday paired with impossible to differentiate pairs of jeans and dark brown boots. In the otherworld his outfit transforms into a plague doctor get-up complete with Black robes, Stark White Crow Mask, and flat little top hat. Backstory: Patrick’s early childhood was rather unassuming his father wasn’t around much but, that’s because he was working long hard hours to support his family then one day his father died in an industrial accident. Patrick did not take this well to say the least and retreated inward due to his grief consumed by his depression he lost all motivation and has been coasting through life ever since. Weapon: Lucerne (Bash), Long Spear (Pierce), Odachi (Slash) Main Persona: Morpheus Main Persona Appearance: Like Hypnos no not Revolver Jeansus Devil Summoner Hypnos you know what here but, the cloak is a patchwork quilt and the flowers is some purple dream mist the vines ehh make em chains Main Persona Element: Curse (and Heals mostly heals is heals an element?) I've been working on Social Links and Social Link rewards.
If you have a specific skill you think your character has that could lend itself to a reward for certain social link ranks, please PM it to me.
For example, if at a certain level you can tutor a student, giving them more Knowledge than they would studying alone or if you could create skill cards to teach Personas skills they normally couldn't learn. Things like that.
If you don't have anything like that, I'll make your social link entirely on my own, but in case you're interested, this is a basic template I've been using for party member links.
Party Member (Arcana Link)
Rank 1 - Level 1 Boost
Rank 2 - Baton Pass: User can switch with opponent after knocking down an enemy.
Rank 3 - Level 2 Boost
Rank 4 - Negotiation: User can step in during a failed negotiation to retry.
Rank 5 - Level 3 Boost
Rank 6 - Recovery: User has a chance to cure status ailments.
Rank 7 - Level 4 Boost
Rank 8 - Endure: User has a chance to survive fatal blows.
Rank 9 - Level 5 Boost
Rank 10 - Second Awakening: User’s Persona changes into true form, becoming stronger.
The boosts are Arcana Boosts, which level up your Persona automatically when fusing and the skills gained are universal to all party members. You can choose to award specific social stat points if you want as well as place social stat barriers wherever you like. Keep in mind I might ask you to include less stat rewards or requirements if I think you're providing too many benefits or making your link too difficult to progress.
