R.O.B willapproach the witch without a broom and take out his fan. He will act like a French person with the accent included and slap the witch while saying thins:

Everyone launches an attack at Koume, while Ganondorf, Robin and the Shadow make sure to put the fire out.
While the ranged attack makes their way towards Koume, she has the time to snap her fingers. Everyone still in fire explodes, taking massive damage. The ranged attack than hit Koume who disappears in a portal.
[+30% everyone (except Ganondorf and Robin)]

As everyone stands up, surviving the explosion, they notice that the owl following Bowser is in pieces. He's not coming back from that.

Are we still on fire? If so, Mega Man will extinguish the flames around him with Pump Shield (bubbles spinning around him). If not, and this is assuming the axes are made of a magnetic metal like iron, he will launch a Magnet Missile (not sure if that is what it is called, but I'm referring to Magnet Man's weapon) to magnetize them together and keep her from feasibly using them, while also getting ready to slide out of the way if she still manages to attack.

Bowser let's out an earth shattering roar. Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo not Chippy. You you killed her. Its time you felt the full might of the Koopa King.....
So question is this a completely different battle??? Because if it is summon a few magikoopas one to heal Bowser and the rest to unleash a combination of spells at the (remember we are RPing as Bowser and he doesn't curse) giant axes in the air.
If Bowser can't use his magic wand??
Bowser will go into his shell and spin really fast. Then if anybody has the strength they can kick Bowser around like that Bros attack with the koopa shell.
