Hot Springs for Everyone

You enter your very own hot springs, seeing that everything is already set up for you! It's pretty simple so far. Your little wooden shack has a counter for customers to pay at and two back doors leading to hot springs which are split into male and female springs. Finally, you have your own bedroom off to the side, where you'll be living. A little gift box is sitting on the counter of your shop as well. You head over and open it up, finding a little note.

"Thank you for using the Speedy Lizard Delivery Service! Here's a little gift from me and good luck with your new shop! ~Daniel"

You open it up and find a Medicinal Herb inside! This should be useful if you wanted to use the Herbal Hot Springs for the day. Speaking of which...

As a hot springs manager, you'll have to manage your employees and hot springs every day! In the morning, you'll decide what each employee will do for the day and which hot spring service you'd like to provide. Normally, you can provide as many services as hot springs you have, but you only have one hot spring at the moment, so you'll have to choose one service at the beginning of each day. You currently only have access to Basic Hot Springs or Herbal Hot Springs, but as you progress, you can gain different types of hot springs by buying upgrades for your shop. Each service will have a suggested price as well. You can set the price at whatever you like each day, but the prices shown are the average level.

Also, keep your Energy level in mind while working. You start each day with 10 Energy. You expend Energy whenever you do something tiring. Some tasks require more energy than others. If you're ever low on energy, try eating some food or relaxing in the hot springs!

Finally, you'll have to watch the time as well! Certain shops are only open at certain times of the day. Whenever you move to a new area or perform an action, the time will tick by. Make sure you get a proper amount of rest every day as well! If you don't, you might start with less Energy in the morning!

After opening shop and cleaning for a short while, you have two adventurers in your shop already!

One is a blonde man with cat ears, carrying daggers at his side with leather armor. The other is a knight with black hair and red eyes. The knight walks up to you and greets you with a smile. "Hello, we heard that this hot springs provides a special herbal bath and we'd like to try it out. My name is Beowulf and this is my friend, Felix."

Felix bows. "A pleasure."

Beowulf looks at the price. "Fifty gold? Alright then. Here you go. Clearing your mind before a battle is important."

The two pay before heading into the hot springs. It seems they'll be in there for a short while.

Beowulf answers. "Ah, well, we have a few monsters not far from the outskirts of town that we're going to be taking out. It's a small camp of Goblins, but you can never be too careful when the safety of the town is in question."

"I'm not really sure about that. The goblins are...well, not very intelligent creatures..."

"Huh...Maybe. It might be worth looking into. Have you ever been an adventurer before?"

Ruina 11:00 AM

"Haha! That is quite ambitious, but I would certainly like to see how that plays out!" The two get out and leave, feeling refreshed. "Thank you for your service! I will remember to come back here!" Beowulf seems to have had a good time.

You'll probably want to clean the men's bath a bit before letting someone else in. Of course, the women's bath is already completely clean and ready for use. You don't see any customers at this exact moment, however.

Ruina 12:00 PM

You clean the bath, expending a bit of energy, but still feeling pretty energized afterward. The bath should be ready for others to use now!

You walk out and head back to the counter, finding that nobody else seems to be here right now. You have some time to breathe and relax.
