You begin to prepare your ruse while the guards fight each other. The purple one seems to gain the advantage and starts to strangle your friend. He gasps for air, grabbing at his neck while you run up toward him with the holy pillow. The beastly one quickly releases your ally and backs away. He seems to have fallen for it! "RRRGGGHHH...!" The purple guard runs off down the corridor while the other guard gets to his feet, coughing and regaining his breathe.
"...You saved my life. I guess...I should repay you for that." He reaches for the keys in his back pocket and opens the cell, letting you out. "I don't know what's going on with Frankie, but if we don't stop him, he might get someone hurt." The guard reaches for his handgun, carrying it ready with him. "He went that way. We gotta follow him." He points down the left corridor.
Auri then speaks to you. "Master, the demon in question is down the right corridor. You can choose to kill the demon and release the possessed from its spell or you may choose to kill the possessed, but allow the demon to escape. Keep in mind, however, that neither are easy nor are they suggested. I propose that you take advantage of the situation and escape while you can."
The guard turns. "What? You can't do that! People are in danger here!" He then looks at you and pauses. "...You saved my life, so I won't stop you from running, but..." He sighs before turning and running down the left corridor.
"What will you choose, Master?"

Valeria looks at the guard turning at the left corridor, running away. She is completely dumbfounded.
"What an idiot, he wants me to help fight that thing, but give me nothing. The only thing I have is you, the cellphone. Screw it, I want to see what's happening outside. This demon shit probably means the sky is red or something.
I know boxing, but come on... We're talking about goddamn demons."
Valeria will try finding an exit.

You turn and run the opposite direction, where Auri says the exit is. "Your data has been saved." Is that like the time travel thing that happened earlier? What the heck is going on?
You quickly find yourself closing in on the entrance used by the guards. The door is left open and there's a dead guard with a massive gash in his chest. Almost as if something dug into him, tearing out his organs. Gross. His body does seem to have some useful stuff though. Cell keys, flashlight, handgun...
You could take the time to scavenge some things, but...
You look back down the hall. You don't see any signs of anyone. If another guard catches you or you run into that demon, you're screwed.

Wait a second... I responded to this... Oh no... In what topic did I actually post? What the hell...
Valeria looks for anything to block the hole, as it seems something entered the guy. She also looks for a long object to poke him with, bonus points if it can help grabbing the items he has.

You try to find something to cover the wound with, but find that there isn't much you can use. You pick up the police baton nearby and poke at his dead body with it. It doesn't seem to react. You use the baton to pick up the cell keys, however, hooking them on the keychain. It seems impossible to pick the other items up like this though...
"Loading..."
Another bright flash of light puts you back to entering this section of the hallway, but you find the police baton and cell keys still in your hands. They're no longer over by the body. It seems like you can bring items with you through time travel. Interesting.

Valeria will make a beeline to the exit.

You ditch the rest of the junk on the officer's body, deciding it's better to be safe than sorry.
As you do so, you head out to the exit, finding that some of the guards are still active. Seriously, demon!? You couldn't do your one job!?
...You'll have to find a way around these guys. There's only two guards watching the exit, but if you're spotted, you'll definitely get captured and sent back to that jail cell. That's the last place you want to be with that weird monster man running around. So how are you gonna get around these guys...?

Well it usually depends on your opponent. Some people or situations are easier than others. I might make you work for it if it's difficult, but if it's relatively easy, I'll let you pretty much skip the challenge if you use your talent.
