Defender's HQ! A tall, shining-white building built right in the heart of Chuross City. You walk into the Defender's HQ, proudly flashing your brand-new ID badge at the green-suited guards at the security desk. After some... shady business you don't want to mention that no one seems to know about (phew), you've finally developed powers of your own. And after some basic training, you've been assigned to one of the best-known branches of the Parahuman Control Force!
As you ride the elevator up, you look around the elevator...
A young man with messy, red hair in a tacky, orange sweater with overly long arms that totally doesn't go with his hair. Other than that he looks pretty normal. Jeans, tennis shoes, mismatched socks... Seriously?
Another man with a much cleaner appearance. Blond hair. A nice polo, slacks, and boots.
A petit woman with pink-streaked blonde hair. This one's dressed in a simple skirt/T-shirt combo.
A man apparently in his 30's with dark hair and a winning smile, dressed in the same uniform you saw the security guards wearing.
The elevator stops halfway up and a red-haired woman in a business suit steps in. She smiles and nods at each of you as you continue up. The elevator comes to a stop at the top floor and you all step out together. It opens out to a wide hallway with lots and lots of doors. Most of them are labeled with names of Chuross City's greatest heroes, but you all follow some signs to a meeting room, just as you were instructed.
The dark-haired man stops partway, taking out a card key and opening the office labeled for... Firestarter!? The leader of the Defender's Team Bravo! Wow... So that's what he looks like out of his costume!? Wow! Oh, wow. Then who could this red-haired woman be!?
Turns out, she's the head of the HR department. Not a even parahuman. "Ms. Helewise! If you need anything, I'm the one you want to talk to. I'm pleased to meed you all and welcome you to our team! Bastian, Alexandra, Brandon... You're going to be forming a new squad - Team Delta. I've already memorized your personnel files and the PRF reports, of course. You're almost set to go, but we have a few things you need to do first... Most importantly, we need to choose your superhero aliases! After that, we'll give you a tour, spend some time in R&D... But first the name. So, what do you all want to be called?"
