Long ago in a galaxy far away there exists a universe filled with many planets. At first it may not seem like such a big deal. Space is ever expanding and there's still so such to be explored. Well before you judge this universe is very unique because you see the world's contained within are most curious indeed.
The worlds contain both human, human like, animals, and many other species. Some of these species are great heros and other are terrifying villains. Some of these species are as small as a bug while other as large as a skyscraper. Sure there may be conflict within these worlds but nothing that can't be contained with in those worlds. The universe knew peace until one day a strange traveler appeared.
The traveler appeared friendly at first just a simple explorer looking to study the different worlds. Many of the residents that encountered the traveler thought they were kind or paid no mind. The traveler seemed genuinely excited to see such knew places and took extensive notes of everything they encountered. Unfortunately the traveler's friendly demeanor was all a facade. The traveler was secretly taking notes on how to best attack each planet.
You see the traveler in truth was a conquer of multiple galaxies and was looking to take over this one. The traveler commanded an army of hand like creatures that were strong, fast, and was very versatile. Once the traveler gathered all appropriate info he ordered his hands army to attack.
One by one each of the worlds would fall to the might of the hand army. As hard and valiant as the residents fought. They were simply over matched by the hand army. All looked lost and the traveler who would gain the name Tabuu looked like they were successful with conquering this galaxy. The residents came up with a risky strategy. They decided to team up with one another and they would form the Subspace Alliance.
The Subspace Alliance were able to use there combined strength to repel the army of hands. Taking advantage of one another's strength and helping to work around the other's weakness. After a long and grueling war they came face to face with Tabuu. In a battle that seemed to go on forever Tabuu was more then enough of a match for the Subspace Alliance. Finally, by combining there might in one final desperate attack they were able to defeat Tabuu. At least that's what they thought.
It turns out they only forced him into a deep slumber. So the Subspace Alliance using there vast powers created a place in a rift of time and space called the Subspace Emissary. The Subspace would act as a base of operations for the Alliance. There mission was to watch over the many worlds and watched out for any sign of Tabuu or his army.

Our story begins with the newest recruits to the Subspace Emissary. They are in charge of keeping an eye on the different worlds. Anything goes amiss they are suppose to notify the heros of each world.
The young woman is a bird laguz named Sophie who is skilled with a bow and magic. She is joined by her best friend and finance Ann a merchant with striking Red hair. Ann is an extraordinary merchant and her appetite for gold and deals is legendary through out the land.
Finally, they are greeted by two individuals, one human and one yellow mouse like creature. The human with the Pink pigtails is called Toadetta and she is in charge of training new heros and new recruits. The mouse like creature is the chief engineer and head scientist of the Subspace Emissary. Her name is Pixy and even though she looks like a normal Pikachu she is in fact a world renowned scientist and inventor. Pixy is also very familiar multi dimensions due to her travels with her old friends.
Today is a day like any other. Sophie and Ann arrive to the Emissary and do there usual routine of checking in on the different worlds and making sure everything is working properly. Toadetta give Ann and Sophie a rundown of what's on schedule for the day. Sophie pays careful attention and makes sure to take careful notes. Ann is busy going over her books and inventory and making sure her shop and everything is in order. After the meeting the pair are greeted by a Pikachu in a cute little scientist outfit.

"Your late achu," Pixy scolded both Ann and Sophie.
"Sorry Ms. Pixy somebody had a particularly hard time waking up,". Sophie said while glaring towards Ann.
"What I told you that concoction that my sister cooked up was stronger then I thought," Ann protested.
"Pikaaaaa," Pixy sighed.
"Look its important achu to make sure your on time achu," Pixy scolded (or the best she could do as a Pikachu dressed up as a cute scientist) them.
"We know we know blah blah Tabuu,". "Blah blah multiverse,". "Blah blah blah Pikachu," Ann said taking a seat in front of a bunch of monitors.
"Ann try to take this more seriously,". "We are in charge of keeping an eye of anything out of the ordinary,". "We are the first line of defense for the Alliance,". "If anything happens out of the ordinary we have to notify the others," Sophie told Ann.
"Yeah whatever everyday we look, and everyday it's more of the same," Ann yawns while saying that last part.
"Anyways if Mama chu isn't looking I am taking a nap,". "That medicine is still working it's self out of my system night," Ann proceeded to take a nap on the chair.
"Pikaaa,". "She napping again, she just Pikachu," Pixy sighed.
"Your telling me," Sophie replied.
"If only she understood the threat that Pikachu.....Pikabuu....Tabachu....sigh," Pixy sighed.
Sophie nodded towards Pixy. Sophie hit a few buttons as the screens popped on in front of her. Sophie, Pixy, and Ann (when she wakes up) are able to see everything that is happening in the worlds below. Sophie then begins her duty as she begins to watch the worlds.

While Sophie and Pixy are watching the monitors a couple of things catch there eyes.
One of the things is watching a giant mech chasing around Solid Snake. Normally they would just assume it's a normal day for Solid Snake. Then they remembered Liquid Snake said something earlier before he hoped into Metal Gear Rex.
"Dammit I have to defeat Snake, Master Tabuu promised me a cure if I could take him down," the recording of Liquid Snake said.
"So he's finally starting to make his Pika," Pixy commented.
"Umm Pixy is that the person we were keeping a watch over?" Sophie asks Pixy.
Pixy is very silent for a complete minute before she begins to speak.
"Sophie I need you to get him as soon as possible,". "If Tabuu really has awaken then Snake is in terrible danger,". "I can open an emergency portal but it will only stay open for 10 seconds before it closes,". "Once it closes it will take a really long time and by then Snake will already be Chu," Pixy tells Sophie.
"Got it," Sophie replies to Pixy.
Before they can prepare to rescue Solid Snake another alarm goes off. This time it features both Zelda and Ganondorf facing off against Ganon Yuga. Ganon Yuga mentions multiple times that his master Tabuu makes the seemingly impossible possible.
"Oh no we should have Pika Chu this sooner,". "Tabuu's influence has already influenced this area's timeline really bad,". "Plus Tabuu has also given a being like Ganon a power boost,". "Ganon by himself is a terrible Pika to Chu,". "But now those two need to get out of there now," Pixy says.
Pixy takes a couple of moments to think about what to do.
"Okay Sophie new plan, you go and get Zelda and Ganondorf before they are overcome by Ganon Yuga,". "I will wake that wife of yours to go and get solid snake," Pixy tells Sophie.
"Understood so I only have 10 seconds to grab them before they are lost forever," Sophie tells Pixy.
Pixy nods in agreement.
"Okay then prepare the portal," Sophie says.
Pixy prepares the emergency portal to Hyrule. A message plays saying the portal will open in about 1 minute. Sophie readies herself to run in and get Zelda and Ganondorf.
"God speed you three I just hope it's not too late," Sophie says to herself.

Zeldondorf
One moment you are facing off against Ganon Yuga with Hilda restraining him. The next thing you remember was being dragged by a young woman through a portal. Having a moment to gain your bearings you realize you aren't in Kansas Hyrule anymore.
Zelda and Ganondorf find themselves in the middle of what looks like a space station. They see many monitors displaying multiple images of things you can barely recognise. Oh and you here a loud alarm going off and the message, "Alert Alert Alert," playing throughout.
"Phew that was close,". "I was lucky Hilda showed up when she did,". "Otherwise well I don't want to think about what would have happened," the Young woman says to herself.
"Oh right Ms. Zelda and Mr. Ganondorf, allow me to introduce myself,". "My name is Sophie and you my friends are in the.Subspace Emissary," Sophie says to Zelda and Ganondorf.
Sophie then begins to scan the room like she is looking for other people.
"Hmm looks like Toadetta, Ann, and Pixy already left," Sophie says to herself.
"Sorry guys looks like you have to wait a little more before I can fill you in completely on what's going on,". "The rest of the crew is out and about gathering other people it seems,". "I can at least tell you your safe from Tabuu and those villains from your world here,". "So feel free to kick back and relax," Sophie tells Ganondorf and Zelda.
"At least you two were brought together rather then being in a completely different world all alone," Sophie tells Zelda and Ganondorf.
"Anyways feel free to chat amongst yourself,". "Or I can answer a couple of questions, even though Pixy would probably want to wait until everyone is together to go over everything," Sophie tells Ganondorf and Zelda.

Zelda looks around, taking in the strangeness of her surroundings.
"So we're in another world? It's rather... different from Hyrule or Lorule. What kind of building is this?"
She taps one of the walls lightly with her brush. Based on the sound it makes it clearly isn't made of stone or wood...

Ganondorf looks at Sophie, with a twitch in his eyes, seemingly ready to attack her.
"I'm sorry... Subspace Emissary? That's the name of your organisation? Because that's also the title of the Ancient Minister, which was working for Tabuu.
So we're supposed to believe that we're gonna work for an organisation of good guys named after Tabuu's second in command?"

Zeldondorf
Sophie just looks over towards Ganondorf and shrugs her shoulders.
"If you have a problem with the name you have to take it up with the boss,". "Me and my girlfriend Ann are new here so we don't know anything about any second and command, or the meaning of the name,". "Our boss Pixy told us the name of the place, but that's all really,". "Hmm now that you mention it Pixy seems to recall a Ganondorf,". "Anyways the boss said to rescue anyone who was being threatened by Tabuu," Sophie tells Ganondor.
"As far as her motives and her way of thinking well she's an awfully hard one to read,". "I guess right now your here more or less unless you want me to send you back so you can take on bacon breath over there by yourself,". "But well then the boss wouldn't be to happy about that,". "But if you have any complaints take them up with her," Sophie tells Ganondorf with a matter of fact attitude.
Sophie's expression softens when she addresses Zelda.
"Unfortunately, sweetie I am not too sure myself,". "I guess the best way to describe is to say we are in a space station in between dimensions,". "It would have been nice if Pixy gave us instructions, but all we been told was to watch for signs of Tabuu's awakening,". "But from what little I know of your currently in a place where time and space have no meaning," Sophie tells Zelda.
Sophie seems upset that no one else is here. Sophie looks over towards what best can be described as a cross between a conference room and class room. "Man I didn't think Toadetta would have left also,". "Toadetta is in charge of explaining new things,". "She taught me and Ann about some of the stuff around here,". "I assumed she would at least be around to help explain some more stuff," Sophie tells Zelda.
"Anyways sorry can't be more of a help didn't expect Tabuu to reawaken a month after me and Ann started," Sophie says.
"Hmm anything I can try to help you with?" Sophie asks.

"Okay but we were hired to keep an eye out for Tabuu and to save those that could help fight him,". "I don't know why he would send people after you just to try and kill you or capture you if we are working for him,". "Pixy can you tell you more about what's going on," Sophie tells Ganondorf.
"Rumors have it that she was part of the first great war with Tabuu,". "In fact her brother fought alongside the heros in the last great war against Tabuu,". "But well she we never really asked her about it,". "Mainly because it seemed like such a sore subject for her," Sophie says to him.

Snake
You follow Pixy into what seems like the middle of a space station.
Snake sees a few people standing already talking. One of the people appears to be a Silver haired lady, with White wings. She appears to be addressing a blonde hair young lady dresses in all Pink, she has pointy almost elfin like ears and appears to be a Princess. Finally the last person seems to be really familiar. This person seems to be someone you know from somewhere. The person is a tanned skin man with Red cornrows.
Who ever this person is Pixy isn't very happy seeing this person at all. Pixy is still wearing her glasses but you can almost sense the intense glare she is giving this tanned person. Pixy seems to be staring a hole right through him. Whoever this person is Pixy doesn't like him at all.
Pixy runs up to the winged girl and well I can't repeat what she said. Pixy proceeds to lay into this person with the foulest and most horrible of language. Even though to you it sounds like; "Pika Pi Pikachu Pi Pika Pi Pikachu,". You probably don't even want to know what she was saying.
(GM note I can't even repeat what Pixy was really saying. Due to ToS of this site and not wanting to be banned for not only my life but any future children's lives. All I know is that it's the most unholiest and foulest of language. Language that I am surprised that a Pikachu knows.)
Pixy then goes towards the tanned guy and just looks him up and down she then presses a device and then address him.
"You have a lot of Pika showing up here Ganondorf,". "I will address Sophie later about who she brought here,". "Poor girl probably had no idea who you are,". "Let me just ask you what are your intentions?". "Do you intend to fight for us or him?" Pixy asks Ganondorf.
Pixy is just standing there and staring a whole right through Ganondorf.

Ganondorf looks at Pixy, recognizing Pikachu, but as soon as she speaks, he seems confused. He glances at Snake, but doesn't really react to his presence.
"You said it yourself. I was brought here, I wasn't given a choice.
What I'm gonna do is drain the life out of Tabuu permanently.
You tell me if that makes me your enemy, since you named your group after his commander."

"Pikachu? Princess Zelda? Tabuu? Ganondirt? Vulcan Raven?" Snake looks around. "Hmmm, what is this place? And what's Pikachu wearing that weird getup for? I didn't recognize him in that disguise, so I almost tried to eat him."

Zelda makes a mental note that the man in the skintight suit recognizes her for some reason, but decides there are more important matters at hand.
"Let's all just take a step back before anyone does something drastic, okay? Can you explain who this 'Tabuu' is?"

Solid Zeldondorf
"Huh what are you talking about I always dress like this?" Pixy seems confused at first.
"Oh your talking about my brother, yeah he was there fighting with you Pika's,". "I believe Samus found him,". "Yeah he was always a little Pika Pika that one,". "But I was there during the first war," Pixy tells them.
"I was recruited for my Pika Pika Pikachu,". "Dammit not again, this Pi Pikachu Pi Pika,". "Translator Pika Pikachu Pi Piiiikkka,". "Glitches out Pikachu Piiiiiikkkkaaachu," Pixy takes off what seems like a blue tooth device and tosses it before taking out another one.
"Okay hopefully that's better,". "Anyways I was Pikachu for my experience with multi dimensional travel and my Pikachu in inventions,". "Who do you think gave King Dedede the idea for those badges?". "Unless you think he came up with the idea on his own," Pixy states.
Pixy then looks towards Ganondorf and begins to address him. "So you want to know why it's named the Subspace Emissary?". "No reason in particular," Pixy shrugs.
"As I said we are meant to monitor and rescue those that are under the influence of Tabuu,". "Unfortunately we weren't able to get to everyone in time,". "Never expected him to be able to recruit the villains from there respective worlds,". "This is going to be more Pika then I thought,". "Hmm anyways yeah I did instruct Sophie and the others to rescue those that were in danger,". "It's not Sophie's fault she didn't know who Ganondorf was," Pixy said.
"Anyways what Pika is Chu,". Pixy said.
Pixy then looks towards Princess Zelda and begins to address her. "Hmm your certainly different from the Princess Zelda I am use to,". "You seem more youthful,". "Oh yes who's Tabuu was that your question". "Well there's still a couple others that we need to wait for,". "But long story short, Tabuu is a dimensional traveler and conqueror,". "Long ago he came across as a mere traveler who was looking to study the different worlds,". "We thought nothing of it at first,". "Yet we didn't realize his true nature until it was too late,". "He was secretly recruiting others to his cause which was the complete control of the multiverse,". "They were 3 people who agreed to work with him, Wario, Bowser, and well Pikachu," Pixy points her tail towards Ganondorf.
"We had a mole placed inside along with them, King Dedede,". "We thought after the first war Tabuu was defeated but instead he was placed inside a deep slumber,". "Now he's awoken and it looks like the time has finally come," Pixy says.
