Out of the machine pops out Mega Man's Dog. I want to say his name is Roof but not 100% sure.
Roof is here to assist you just like he would his master Mega Man. (Pretty much anything he can do in the game he can do in Vitquest.) Seems like someone stole Mega Man's E Tank.

You got Doomslayer Isabelle! She’s ready to rip and tear... all of the weeds growing around the mayor’s office. Other than the armor and a confetti cannon styled like a bazooka she mostly just fights like in Smash Bros.
You know what this vending machine needs? Drop Dalamud on it. If I have to deal with it, so does the vending machine.
